NSA Spied on the United Nations...Why doesn't this bother me?

The German magazine Der Spiegel says the U.S. National Security Agency secretly monitored the U.N.'s internal video conferencing system by decrypting it last year.
The report is one of many developments that have come to light since former NSA contractor Edward Snowden leaked national security documents to the press, revealing a government surveillance program called PRISM that collected metadata over telecommunications lines.
The newspaper said Sunday that documents it obtained from Snowden show the NSA decoded the system at the U.N.'s headquarters in New York last summer.
Quoting leaked NSA documents, the article said the decryption "dramatically increased the data from video phone conferences and the ability to decode the data traffic."
In three weeks, Der Spiegel said, the NSA increased the number of decrypted communications at the U.N. from 12 to 458. According to the report, agency has "eavesdropping posts" in 80 U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. The NSA was able to obtain a wide range of data, including evidence that suggests the Chinese was spied on the U.N. in 2011.
Der Spiegel also reported that the NSA installed bugs in the European Union's office building in downtown Washington and infiltrated the EU's computer network.

This is where I part ways with Ed Snowden. Spying on American Citizens without reason is one thing and It should not be done. Thank you Ed Snowden.

Spying on other countries, I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH.

I'm sure they're doing it to us as well when they get the chance and we average Americans don't know about it....Know Why? They don't have an Ed Snowden spilling the beans...NO THANK YOU Ed Snowden.

So as far as the NSA spying on other countries and their citizens, Even a Broken Clock is right twice a day.

I'm not a fan of the U.N. so any spying on our part isn't something I'm going to lose sleep over.

I can separate this from what I am against...NSA spying on U.S. Citizens without just cause and that 'just cause' can not be a generic term. It should be specific in each case.

It's the same lawbreaking attitude that shows this administration is out of control. You may not have an issue with this but I am certain other nation's government have a huge issue with this. Acknowledging this occurs damages the credibility of our country not that this administration cares. The question that we should be asking is whether or not this is a criminal offense.

Let's face it folks, the Dem-RINO Washington establishment is ROTTEN TO ITS CORE.

It has a culture of corruption fueled by the LEGALIZED BRIBERY of large campaign donations and a State Run Media that COVERS IT ALL UP.

Last time I checked the U.S. Constitution, bribery is an IMPEACHABLE HIGH CRIME, and government interference with the media is TOTALLY FORBIDDEN.

But as long as We The People act like We The Sheeple, politicians, K Street, the Federal Communications Commission and the entire Washington establisment will continue to line their pockets and feather their nest at OUR expense.

We've always spied on other countries and the UN. It's pretty much assumed that everyone does it.
