PPP: Romney and Gingrich Tied in Florida

A pair of Tweets from Public Policy Polling:
First night of our Florida polling: Romney and Gingrich are neck and neck.

2 more people picked Mitt than Newt out of about 600 people we polled tonight...that's how close we're talking
Only a week ago, PPP had Romney up by 15 in Florida.

Mitt's lead in Florida is....

His lead isn't slipping until this polling company has a past Florida poll of theirs to compare it to.

Any idiot knows that.

Anon,

Did you bother to check out the link to PPP's poll from a week ago? I thought I made that clear.

Dis they poll the 30% who voted absentee ballot. Too late for them to take it back.

30%?

Let's see....in '08, nearly 2 million voted in the Florida GOP primary. In SC, turnout was up by 30%. There have been less than 200,000 absentee ballots cast thus far.

Explain you "fuzzy math" please.

LOL, Ok. The pictures are funny. Since it was an anon post, I expected to be pissed off. Must have been Lionhead.

I hope this is not true, because if Gingrich actually wins then Obama wins and the Republicans might lose the House and will have far less chance of winning the Senate..and of course the Republican party will become the party of hypocrites, hacks and liars..

Terrye said...

So laugh Right Wing Nut as you and your kind work to nominate a man that not even a Republican like me can vote for..way to go...whatever Obama is paying you guys is not enough.

In fact I think that Sarah thinks that if this thing goes to a brokered convention then maybe she has a chance..no way no how..the Republican base might go stupid, but the American people will never elect her.

They hate her...they hate Rush...they hate Gingrich..see a pattern here?

So talk radio and the rightie blogs might win the nomination, but the Republican party loses is standing as the party of values. And it nominates a man who kited checks, screwed around on his wife and supported every big government boondoggle of the last 30 years. way to go...but the important thing is that they stick it to the Mormon from Mass..that is all these morons care about..if this happens I leave the party. I am done..in disgust.

"...but the important thing is that they stick it to the Mormon from Mass" Ah no, change the word Mormon to Moderate.

"whatever Obama is paying you guys is not enough." this kind of conspiracy talk is dillusional. Oh btw, few of us believe that Mrs. Palin will partake in a brokerage convention. You have gone mad if you think so. Such a convention will remain a contest between two flawed candidates.

BTW RW, great find. I guess those in Florida were also watching the SC debate and saw how bad Mr. Romney preformed. If Mrs. Palin had preformed half as bad as Mr. Romney, we'd never hear the end of it. It was not the bigots nor the media who made Mr. Romney debate so poorly.

Hopefully, Mr. Santorum, Dr. Paul and or Mr. Romney can pull up their socks (pants as well as socks in Mr. Romney) can learn how to debate fast in order to stop Mr. Gingrich.
