Doctor Who Exposed Trans Procedures On Kids Pleads For Trump To Stop DOJ From Jailing Him Within Days
The DOJ has been prosecuting Eithan Haim for exposing child transgender interventions. He may soon face jail, despite Trump’s executive order ordering the end of Biden’s lawfare.
The Department of Justice is still pursuing charges against a Texas doctor who exposed transgender operations on kids. He told The Federalist he could face jail time in just days and pled with President Donald Trump to stop the lawfare.
“This case needs to be dropped with prejudice because this illegal application of HIPAA will destroy the medical profession,” the whistleblower, Eithan Haim, told The Federalist. “Not only that but the prosecutors and FBI agents involved need to be investigated for potential criminal abuse of power.”
Haim, a Dallas-area doctor, exposed Texas Children’s Hospital in May 2023 for performing transgender procedures on children as young as 11. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton had classified the operations as “child abuse,” and TCH lied about no longer providing them. But Haim exposed TCH to conservative activist Christopher Rufo for continuing these procedures. The next day, the Texas state Senate voted to ban the practice, and Paxton launched multiple investigations into the hospital.
Starting last year, President Joe Biden’s DOJ pressed charges against Haim. Though President Donald Trump has taken office and ordered an end to federal “weaponization,” the DOJ is continuing to persecute the doctor for exposing the secret child mutilation.
A judge has placed a de-facto gag order on the doctor and said if he violates it, he could be held in jail until trial. Haim told The Federalist he could “possibly” face jail time in a matter of days for alleged “contempt.”
“These people have proven themselves to be shameless, absolutely shameless. They have a complete and utter disregard for law and order,” Haim said. “They’re willing to do anything to prosecute the people they don’t like.”
The doctor posted on Wednesday that he can “no longer afford to stay silent” as he approaches federal trial in February. He said the “weaponized prosecution is being accelerated behind closed doors in direct violation of the President’s Executive Order.”
“The crimes they are charging me with are utter fabrications — nothing less than dispatches from a fantasy world,” Haim wrote. “The Trump administration took office a few days ago and issued an Executive Order to end the weaponization of the DOJ against its own citizens. But I can assure you that today that weaponization is just as alive as it was January 19th, 2025.” --->READ MORE HERE
Trump DOJ drops case against Texas doctor who blew whistle on transgender medicine for minors:
Dr. Eithan Haim's lawyers said the dismissal represents a 'repudiation of the weaponization of federal law enforcement'
The case against transgender medicine whistleblower Dr. Eithan Haim was dismissed with prejudice on Friday following a months-long legal battle.
"The United States has finally agreed to drop the case against Dr. Haim, and the Court just granted dismissal," Marcella Burke, attorney for Eithan Haim, told Fox News Digital. "The case has been dismissed with prejudice so that the federal government can never again come after him for blowing the whistle on the secret pediatric transgender program at Texas Children’s Hospital."
"We took on the most powerful federal leviathan in human history and won!" Haim told Fox News Digital. "This is credit to the power of truth and justice being able to destroy lies and corruption."
Haim was the subject of an ongoing criminal case brought by the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) after he leaked documents to the media that revealed Texas Children's Hospital in Houston was performing transgender medical procedures on minors through May 2023. Hospital leadership had announced it had stopped providing sex-change surgeries and puberty blockers the year before, after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton ruled it constituted child abuse under state law.
The court's ruling "fully vindicates Dr. Haim," Burke said. "We thank everyone who helped along the way to bring this massive injustice to light, and we are grateful to secure this victory on behalf of our client."
"The fight against the evils he exposed continues, but this dismissal represents a repudiation of the weaponization of federal law enforcement and the first step in accountability for the misdeeds we have all witnessed in this case."
The dismissal came shortly after Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., spoke with the Trump DOJ about the case, urging them "to immediately stop the Biden Admin’s malicious prosecution" of Haim, "the brave whistleblower who exposed illegal gender transition surgeries on minors in Texas," Hawley wrote on X. "He should be thanked, not prosecuted."
"Following my call this morning, I am delighted to report the Trump DOJ is now moving to DISMISS this illegitimate prosecution," Hawley announced on X a few hours later. --->READ MORE HERE
