ICYMI: Illegal Immigrants Who Allegedly Tried to Breach US Base Allowed to Walk Free from Jail; Illegal Immigrants Arrested On Military Base for Trespassing Walk Free After Posting Five-Figure Bail

Illegal Immigrants Who Allegedly Tried to Breach US Base Allowed to Walk Free from Jail:
Two illegal immigrants at the center of an alleged attempt to breach a prominent United States military base have been allowed to post bail, securing their release from jail.
The two men, Jordanian nationals Hasan Yousef Hamdan and Mohammad Khair Dabous, were originally arrested on May 3 after an incident at the gates of Marine Corps Base Quantico, the New York Post reported.
The men arrived at the base driving a box truck and claiming to be Amazon drivers.
Skeptical, guards refused the truck access and moved to investigate further.
Ignoring the gate guards, the men then allegedly tried to breach the interior of the base before being stopped by anti-vehicle barriers. The men were then taken into custody.
Both men were found to have been in the country illegally at the time of the alleged crime.
It’s unclear what connection beyond nationality the men share or what drove them to arrive at Quantico in May.
Hamdam illegally crossed the southern border in San Diego, California, in April, where he was then captured and released “due to a lack of detention space.”
The other foreign national, Dabous, had overstayed his student visa by the time of the alleged crime. --->READ MORE HERE

Illegal immigrants arrested on military base for trespassing walk free after posting five-figure bail:
The two men were arrested in May in Virginia
Two Jordanian nationals in the country illegally and who were arrested for trespassing on a Marine Corps base in Virginia have been released from federal custody after posting bond, federal officials confirmed to Fox News Digital.
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official confirmed to Fox News Digital that Hasan Yousef Hamdan and Mohammad Khair Dabous were allowed to bond out by an immigration judge in June.
The bonds were $15,000 and $10,000 for Hamdan and Dabous, respectively. Conditions of their release include showing up for immigration proceedings and staying away from Quantico or other military installations.
Both men are expected to appear in a Virginia federal court in September.
Hamdan crossed into the U.S. illegally in April in the U.S. Border Patrol's San Diego sector and was released. Dabous was illegally present in the U.S. after overstaying a student visa, ICE told Fox News.
The ICE official said there was no reason to believe either man had any ties to a terrorist organization, saying "no derogatory information was determined."
"They are allowed their due process." a federal source told Fox News "There is no information tying either one of them to any nefarious organization."
ICE had previously said one of the men had been arrested near San Ysidro, California, in April after entering illegally, and the other had overstayed the terms of his student visa. ICE said the two men remain in removal proceedings, despite being free.--->READ MORE HERE
