UKR Forces Hit 11 RU Manpower Concentration Areas Over Last Day; Putin Must Think He’s Winning Propaganda War After Listening to Musk and His Pals on Twitter; MiG Plant On Fire in Moscow; Fiery Eruption Over Moscow’s Largest Oil Refinery, LIVE UPDATES and LOTS MORE

Ukrainian forces hit 11 Russian manpower concentration areas over last day:
Over the day, 52 combat engagements took place at the front. Invading Russian army tried to storm Ukrainian positions 35 times
The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this on February 13.
Russian attacks across Ukraine
During the day, Russia launched 1 missile strike, 94 airstrikes, and 89 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems at the Ukrainian troops’ positions and populated areas. Unfortunately, Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in injuries and deaths among the civilian population. Multi-storey and private buildings, as well as critical infrastructure facilities, were destroyed and damaged.
Frontline situation
Near the state Ukrainian border with Russia and Belarus, the situation hasn't changed significantly, and no enemy offensive groups have been detected. Certain units of the Belarusian Armed Forces are performing tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.
At the same time, the Russian army continued shelling the entire borderline with mortars and artillery: over 20 settlements across the Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions were attacked.
In the Kupyansk sector, Russia did not conduct any offensive actions, but launched two airstrikes on Novoehorivka in the Luhansk region. About 10 localities came under artillery and mortar fire.
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian troops repelled two Russian attacks near Yampolivka, Donetsk region, and Bilohorivka, Luhansk region, where the Russian troops unsuccessfully tried to break through the Ukrainian defense. More than 10 settlements suffered from enemy artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Bakhmut sector, Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled eight Russian attacks in the areas of Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, and Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire. --->READ MORE HERE
NY POST: Putin must think he’s winning the propaganda war after listening to Musk and his pals on Twitter:
On my 2022 trip to Kyiv, I met Stas Aseyev, a Ukrainian journalist who had spent two and a half years in a secret, illegal prison in Donetsk, where he was tortured, electroshocked, placed in long solitary confinement and subjected to mock executions.
His crime?
Working as a stringer for the US-funded Radio Liberty, writing dispatches about life in the Russian-occupied territories.
Stas was among the lucky ones.
He was released in December 2019, scarred and malnourished, as part of a prisoner exchange instead of serving his full 15-year sentence, issued by the bogus “Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic.”
Stas’ story encapsulates why Ukrainians fight.
Russia’s war is not about territory or Russian President Vladimir Putin’s fears of Ukraine in NATO.
As he told Tucker Carlson last week, Putin does not believe Ukraine is a real nation.
This is a war of annihilation, in which Ukrainians — increasingly looking to the West and making real progress in building democratic institutions — are left with a choice between fighting or being assimilated into a Russian dystopia.
Nobody brought up Stas’ story or Putin’s interview in the online Ukraine discussion Elon Musk and David Sacks hosted Monday night on Twitter/X Spaces.
Instead, joined by three Republican senators opposing assistance to Ukraine — Ohio’s J.D. Vance, Wisconsin’s Ron Johnson and Utah’s Mike Lee — the panel sketched essentially an alternative version of the universe.
In their world, US assistance to Ukraine serves only as a “fertilizer for the ego” of Washington elites, “adding fuel to the fire” without doing any favors to the Ukrainians, who would be better off trying to strike a deal with Putin. --->READ MORE HERE
