Fauci, Weingarten’s Shameful ‘don’t blame us’ Lies; Biden’s Staff Asked Teacher’s Union for School Reopening Advice Before Even Taking Office: Weingarten, and other C-Virus related stories

Fauci, Weingarten’s shameful ‘don’t blame us’ lies
What weasels: Anthony Fauci, who repeatedly misled the nation on COVID, and Randi Weingarten, who played a key role in forcing destructive school shutdowns, refuse to take any blame for America’s pathetic pandemic response.
“When people say, ‘Fauci shut down the economy,’ it wasn’t Fauci. The [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] . . . made those recommendations,” the doc fumed in a New York Times interview. “Show me a school that I shut down and show me a factory that I shut down. Never. I never did.”
Pure bull.
In an era when Americans were instructed to “follow the science,” Fauci openly declared that he was the science. To defy his recommendations — all basically in favor of maximum restrictions — was to defy science itself.
And, in the end, no one did more to destroy trust in public-health officials more than Anthony Fauci.
Now he admits something “went wrong” with the nation’s COVID response, yet blames “political divisiveness,” “the culture wars,” a failing “local public-health and health-care delivery system” and “racial and ethnic health disparities.”
Anything, that is, but his own horrendous advice.

Biden’s staff asked teacher’s union for school reopening advice before even taking office: Weingarten
President Biden’s staff asked the American Federation of Teachers union for advice on reopening guidance for COVID-affected schools before the commander-in-chief even took office, union president Randi Weingarten told lawmakers Wednesday.
“We were talking to the Biden transition team before he was sworn into office,” the 65-year-old testified to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.
“Did they reach out to you?” asked subcommittee chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio).
“The Biden transition team reached out to us,” Weingarten said.
“Did that include the next CDC director [Rochelle Walensky], or anybody that went to work for CDC?” Wenstrup followed up.
“I don’t want to speculate,” hedged Weingarten, who later claimed that the union’s first conference call with the agency took place on Jan. 29, 2021.
The Post revealed Tuesday that the AFT and the National Education Association were in touch with both White House officials and Walensky right up to the eve of the Feb. 12, 2021 issuance of the guidance, which slowed students’ return to in-person instruction.
According to records obtained by the conservative watchdog Americans for Public Trust, Weingarten spoke with Walensky by phone on Feb. 7 and Feb. 11, with a CDC official following up with her and NEA chief Becky Pringle following the latter conversation.
Asked by Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.) whether she had Walensky’s direct number, Weingarten admitted: “Yes, I have Director Walensky’s direct number.” --->READ MORE HERE
