Illegal Alien, Accused of Sexually Assaulting Child, Charged with Trying to Kidnap 4-Year-Old Boy:
An illegal alien, accused of sexually assaulting a seven-year-old girl, has now been charged by a grand jury for attempting to kidnap a four-year-old boy in Lubbock County, Texas.
Delmer Orlando Ortiz Licona, a 29-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, was charged by a grand jury this week with attempting to kidnap a four-year-old boy on May 2 after having been accused of sexually assaulting a seven-year-old girl on August 8, 2021.
According to the boy’s mother, Licona approached her and her son when she was trying to pay her rent. The mother said Licona approached them and asked how old her son was. That’s when the mother said she took off for a vehicle with her son and rushed him into his car seat.
The mother said Licona came up beside her and grabbed her son’s waist to try to pull him from the vehicle. The mother then punched Licona. He then allegedly ran off in an unknown direction. --->READ MORE HERE
Border Patrol nabs slew of sex offenders, gang members as border crisis picks up:
Border Patrol agents have apprehended multiple sex offenders and gang members coming across the border in the last week as part of the broader migrant numbers that are overwhelming officials at the border.
Agents in El Centro Sector on Monday stopped a group of seven illegal immigrants, and among them was a 53-year-old Colombian with a conviction for Incest-Sexual Acts with a minor under 14.
In a statement, Customs and Border Protections said it has arrested or removed 15 illegal immigrants who are either convicted or wanted on sex offense charges.
Also Monday, agents in Rio Grande Valley picked up three MS-13 gang members — one with previous charges for assault and battery and another with a conviction and time served for money laundering.
Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), was set up in Los Angeles by Central American immigrants and has expanded across the continent — particularly in Northern Triangle countries like El Salvador and Guatemala. It is known for its particularly horrific and gruesome crimes, and its motto is said to be "mata, viola, controla" — which means "kill, rape, control." --->READ MORE HERE
