Sorry Facebook, Forced Universal Vaccinations are not the Answer; Team Biden is Pushing Ahead With Its Illegal COVID Power-Grab, and other C-Virus related stories

Sorry Facebook, forced universal vaccinations are not the answer:
All the science should be considered, not censored
On August 5, 2021, we warned against the Biden regime’s forced universal vaccination policy, and Facebook promptly censored us. Now, the World Health Organization Director is pleading that world governments abandon their infinite booster shot madness, warning – as we did – about the possibility of more “virulent” and “potent” mutations. We wonder if Facebook will censor him.
If we are right – and we have science, facts, and evidence all on our side – there are more than First Amendment rights at stake. Millions of lives – perhaps even the human race itself – hang in the balance.
Prong One of our strategy is to vaccinate only the most vulnerable – primarily the elderly and individuals with significant comorbidities such as lung and heart disease or diabetes. Online and smartphone tools can allow people to assess their vulnerabilities accurately.
Prong Two allows physicians to freely prescribe a wide range of safe and effective therapeutics in early treatment, outpatient use. Deploying home-based infection detection test kits would allow such treatment to start as early as possible.
As reflected in the WHO’s concerns, sound science strongly suggests that the more you vaccinate, the more likely you will spawn vaccine-resistant mutations. Therefore, the more likely those who have been vaccinated will fall prey to the mutations. To put this another way, minimizing the number of people vaccinated is the BEST way to protect the most vulnerable – and most efficiently allocate scarce vaccine supplies around the world. ---?READ MORE HERE

Team Biden is pushing ahead with its illegal COVID power-grab:
The Supreme Court last week rejected the idea that Congress gave the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention the power to stop landlords from evicting tenants who fail to pay rent. Unfazed by that setback, the Biden administration this week suggested that the CDC has the power to demand that every public school in the country force students to wear face masks.
Both incidents show how readily President Biden deploys dubious legal arguments to defend unprecedented power grabs in the name of fighting COVID. If successful, those arguments would undermine federalism, the rule of law and the separation of powers.
The CDC argued that evictions could promote COVID transmission by forcing people to move into “congregate or shared” settings, citing a 1944 law that allows regulations deemed “necessary” to prevent the interstate spread of “communicable diseases.”
Like most of the federal judges who have addressed the issue, the Supremes didn’t buy that argument. “It is hard to see what measures this interpretation would place outside the CDC’s reach,” the high court noted, “and the government has identified no limit . . . beyond the requirement that the CDC deem a measure ‘necessary.’ ” --->READ MORE HERE
