Republicans must block Biden's COVID-19 stimulus package; Biden’s COVID-19 Bill Would Squander Hundreds of Billions on Bailouts of Pension Funds, Blue States

Republicans must block Biden's COVID-19 stimulus package:
Remember when Congress battled over President Obama’s $800 billion stimulus package just over a decade past? It’s no wonder that seems like a lifetime ago, considering Congress has already shelled out more than $4 trillion in COVID-19 relief. If that weren’t enough, another $1.9 trillion is making its way down the pipeline.
The crisis before us calls for aid — but not unprecedented spending that’s going to hurt us for decades. Unlike the relief bills before it, Republicans must rediscover their Tea Party spirit and do everything in their power to stop this new relief package.
While there may be a handful of worthwhile measures in the new relief package, such as vaccine distribution funds and beefing up unemployment payments, the Democrats jam-packed it with progressive wish-list items. The list is extensive, but some of the worst of it includes a teachers’ union pay-off, abortion funding, Obamacare expansions and a minimum wage increase that’ll crush small businesses already struggling to stay above water. --->READ MORE HERE

Biden’s COVID-19 Bill Would Squander Hundreds of Billions on Bailouts of Pension Funds, Blue States
It’s increasingly clear that the Biden administration’s nearly $2 trillion COVID-19 relief package would appease special-interest groups rather than address the needs of those who actually need relief.
While about $1 trillion still sits unspent from previous relief bills, Biden’s bailout legislation would fulfill Democrats far-left wish list.
Among the many things that are unrelated to COVID-19 are a pension bailout, which could cost more than $60 billion, and a $350 billion bailout for states and localities.
Instead of a commitment to unity and working with Republicans to pass agreeable solutions, Democrats have decided to abuse the budget reconciliation process to push through legislation that eclipses previous federal spending sprees.
They’re going to bail out special-interest groups and enact some of the worst fiscal policies this nation has ever seen. And unlike all five previous coronavirus relief efforts, this bill doesn’t have bipartisan support.
This latest legislation is also the opposite of targeted: It throws billions and billions of dollars of good money after bad policies, using taxpayer funds for expensive bailouts that are unrelated to COVID-19 and unnecessary. --->READ MORE HERE
