A federal appeals court on Friday upheld the results of Pennsylvania’s presidential election — leading President Trump’s campaign to vow a final challenge before the US Supreme Court.
A three-judge panel with the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia unanimously rejected Trump’s bid to overturn a lower court ruling, saying that his “campaign’s claims have no merit,” The Associated Press reported.
“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so,” Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote.
“Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”
In response, Trump campaign legal adviser Jenna Ellis tweeted a joint statement from her and former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, the campaign’s lead lawyer, in which they attacked the decision as a whitewash in favor of Joe Biden. --->READ MORE HERE

Lawyers working to prove President Trump‘s claims of widespread voter fraud said more than 1.5 million ballots were manipulated in three states — enough to change the outcome of the Nov. 3 election.
Sidney Powell, who is not on the president’s legal team but is filing pro-Trump lawsuits, sued officials in Michigan on Wednesday alleging Dominion Voting Systems software switched tens of thousands of votes for Mr. Trump to presumptive President-elect Joseph R. Biden.
The software manipulation, according to the complaint, was coupled with other fraud such as backdating absentee ballots.
“While this complaint, and the eyewitness and expert testimony incorporated herein, identify with specificity sufficient ballots required to overturn and reverse the election results, the entire process is so riddled with fraud, illegality, and statistical impossibility that this court, and Michigan’s voters, courts, and legislators, cannot rely on, or certify, any numbers resulting from this election,” said the 75-page lawsuit. --->READ MORE HEREFollow links below to related stories and opinions:
