A Blame Rightly Placed

September 11, 2012…eleven years to the day after ‘Ground
Zero’...the savages spawned from the bowels of hell once again walked upon the
Earth and more blood was shed…as four innocent Americans were murdered…were slaughtered…all
in the name of allah… allah the most unholy. In the name of but orchestrated by
the very person whose duty it was to protect them. But then how can that person
protect someone who was about to expose not only their nefarious actions but
also the actions of an administration…of a president…so corrupt that together their
very actions aided those out to kill us all.
But as we all know sometimes setting things right takes a
long time in coming but eventually right does triumph r evil and karma comes
full circle. And so finally…and long overdue…Hillary Rodham Clinton…now and
forever to be rightfully known as the ‘Butcher of Benghazi’…just might get the
proverbial ‘bitch slap’…or hopefully worse… across her lying and so traitorous face
as two of the Benghazi families are now suing her personally for the wrongful death of their
sons, for intentional negligent of infliction of emotional distress, and for defamation
of character based upon the public statements Hillary made to the media and which appeared in print.
And so to that affect, this past Monday the family’s
attorney Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch, Inc., filed in the U.S.
District Court for the District of Columbia a complaint (Case No.
1:16-CV-01606) on behalf of Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith and
Charles Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods, to the effect that, "Having used a secret private email
server that we now know was used to communicate with Ambassador Christopher
Stevens with confidential and classified government information, and which we
also now know was likely hacked by hostile adversaries such as Iran, Russia,
China and North Korea aligning with terrorist groups, it is clear that Hillary
Clinton allegedly negligently and recklessly gave up the classified location of
the plaintiffs' sons, resulting in a deadly terrorist attack that took their
lives.”
No truer words spoken and so the case for wrongful death has
now been laid out.
And by adding that, “During
her campaign for President, Defendant Clinton has negligently, recklessly,
and/or maliciously defamed Plaintiffs by either directly calling them liars, or
by strongly implying that they are liars, in order to protect and enhance her
public image and intimidate and emotionally harm and silence them not to speak
up about the Benghazi attack on at least four separate occasions,” Klayman
has also laid out his case for defamation of character.
And these words I personally know to be true for I and so
many others heard them on the news directly spewing from Hillary Clinton’s
mouth. “Liars” Hillary called them
when it was she who lied to Mrs. Smith and Mr. Woods when after meeting with them
in private, after their son’s bodies had been returned home, had the
audacity to tell these grieving parents that it was a YouTube video defaming
the (anything but) prophet mohammad that led to the attacks and deaths of their sons, and that she
promised that the person responsible for the video would be arrested. In fact,
Mr. Woods recorded the conversation with Hillary Clinton in his diary, which he
has recorded in for many years. 
So
when the families started exposing Hillary’s lies, Hillary took to
calling them liars to protect her reputation and to further her own 2016
presidential
aspirations.
And lie Hillary Clinton did all while knowing that no video
was responsible for the attack on Benghazi, as can be witnessed by the very
email she sent to her daughter Chelsea immediately after the attack saying she
knew the attack on the Benghazi compound was a terrorist attack, and she shared
this very same information with then Egyptian Prime Minister Hesham Kandi as
well.
And her lies against these Gold Star parents continued on
when Hillary tried and is still trying to back-peddle her statements by denying
she ever said such words and that it was the “recollection of the parents” that was incorrect, something she even
reiterated again just last week in a Chris Wallace interview on FOX News. Hillary’s
words were countered by Mr. Woods who said in a CNN interview that Hillary
Clinton had proved “incapable” of
protecting Americans in Benghazi.
Incapable puts it mildly.
So according to Hillary Clinton it seems to be quite okay
for her to lie and then defame 'certain' Gold Star parents…especially when those parents
are from the other side of the political aisle…and it’s also okay for a 'certain'
Gold Star father...a father of dubious character...to lie and use his son’s death as a
political tool as long as both lies aide in her ongoing election campaign.
So now let’s put the pieces of this ever so bloody puzzle
together…a puzzle truly of good vs evil. Piece one: the attack on the Benghazi compound
was most assuredly caused by, as per the lawsuit, Hillary Clinton’s “extreme carelessness” in handling both
confidential and classified information… information that including the exact location
of all State Department employees in Libya and most specifically in Benghazi.
And this compromised their safety and made them ‘sitting ducks’ if you will…’sitting
ducks’ who were easily tracked and targeted all because Hillary used her personal email to
conduct government business and did so in the very emails she tried to keep
hidden or thought that had been deleted or destroyed.
Piece two: as per the lawsuit, this information "easily found its way to foreign powers"
and was then obtained…as in passed onto islamic terrorists…islamic terrorists
not the politically correct words radical islamic terrorists…but surely was
not passed onto the makers of the joke of a YouTube video called ‘The Innocence
of Muslims.’ Remember, even James Comey, in his announcing the findings of the
FBI's investigation of Hillary's private e-mail server said it was "possible that hostile actors gained
access."
Piece three: the information sent by Hillary Clinton and
received either intentionally or through hacking by those who are our enemies allowed
terrorists to plan and carry out the attack on the Benghazi compound…an attack
that resulted in the untimely and brutal deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Information
Officer Sean Smith, and ex-Navy SEALS Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.
Piece four: not only is this a case for wrongful death but
is a case, in my opinion, to call for Hillary to be charged as an accessory to
murder, for Hillary knew well that the security on her private email server was
dubious at best, and that any and all information sent from it was compromised the moment
it left said server. And not to be forgotten is that it was
Hillary Clinton herself who hired the enemy…as in the February 17 Martyrs
Brigade (an offshoot of el-Nusra and al-Qaeda)…to guard the compound…with ‘to guard’
being mere words as February 17 were the very ones who high-tailed it and took
off after they had made sure that not only was Ambassador Stevens dead but to
inform Hillary of that fact as well. To see

But to put it in simple cut and dry terms, the pieces when
put together make this a case that
"was directly and proximately caused" by the then-Secretary of State
Hillary Clinton’s “mishandling of
government secrets”…a mishandling that led directly to the murders…and yes
it was murder…of four brave Americans who were in service to our country.
And while all previous charges against Hillary have basically
gone nowhere, we have to wonder if this case will also face the same fate. And
why…because some knowing the law question if the so-called ‘high bar to proceed
in court’ has been met…as in will their claims hold up in court…for while Mrs.
Smith and Mr. Woods are suing Hillary to make her “personally liable” in their son’s death, there is a law known as
the Westfall Act, where the government can substitute itself as a defendant
when a federal official is being sued. However, Hillary is no longer a federal
official so maybe that stumbling block can be legally pushed aside making her
fair game.
But remember, lying to the Benghazi families about the cause
of the attack is not actually illegal…only lying in court as in perjury is…makes
this lawsuit to many appear as more of an indictment of Hillary Clinton’s
character than it is anything to do with illegalities…an indictment of the very
women whose entire persona exists for political and monetary gain…a gain she
will do any and everything to get.
And as usually is the case, Hillary Clinton is basically
getting a free pass from the oh so liberal media who are relishing in the fact that trying
to hold a government official accountable for actions performed when in their
official capacity just might not become reality.
And how sad is that it seems that not only does Hillary
Clinton herself but Billy-Boy Clinton…her husband-in- name-only…two lying criminals
with a long trail of blood following behind them…get away with everything from
gun-running to murder, to aiding and abetting the enemy, to outright treason. And
while rumors and accusations were surfacing about Billy-Boy’s morals before he
ran for president...and at the time they were just that...rumors of the ‘he said-she said’
variety...but with Hillary we know well her total lack of morals (remember the
rape case where she defended a 41-year old man who brutally raped a 12-year old
girl making it the little girl’s fault) for only a morally bankrupt person would
knowingly and willingly not only lie about the cause of death of those who are
America’s heroes, but would aide in the designing of the cover-up story as
well.
So as this case…a case that demands a jury trial because it seeks
general, special, actual, compensatory, and punitive damages…moves ever so slowly
forward just to drag it out until after the election (so if Hillary is found
guilty she can pardon herself…sarcastically said)…just know that as unfortunate
as it is that out of all the Democrats who could have run for president but
didn’t that someone like Hillary Clinton…a lying, morally bankrupt, islamic-condoning,
murdering, traitor…would become the standard bearer for their party.
And it’s even sadder to think that American citizens would
actually vote for her knowing full well that Hillary Rodham Clinton will
forever be rightfully known as the ‘Butcher of Benghazi’…case closed.
