In his 2016 presidential campaign, Donald Trump has rewritten the rules of American politics. Yet he has ridden through them all and remained atop the GOP field. He is bolstered by an anti-establishment climate and supporters who aren’t dissuaded by — and in fact may be heartened by — his deviations from traditional manners and behavior.
