Cruz is 100% correct about Obama not following the Constitution, but he might have added that the Constitution hasn't been followed ever since Lincoln ripped it to shreds in his maniacal effort to destroy political opposition to his presidency.
But Cruz can't say that because it's too politically incorrect, even for him. The State Run Media would eat him alive.
