Justice Antonin Scalia discusses his book, "Reading Law: The Interpretation of Legal Texts.” The book is co-authored by Bryan Garner, Distinguished Research Professor of Law at Southern Methodist University. Scalia presents a case for a return to a more scrupulous and attentive approach to the words of legal texts.I thought many of you would find this interesting. There aren't many interviews out there with Scalia. This particular one gives a little insight to his train of thought as one who sits and listens to the many cases that make it to his courtroom:
