Romney Advisor: The Far Right Doomed Romney, and Romney Hurt Himself With Immigrants

Groan........
.....Gutierrez, the former secretary of commerce, said he was “shocked” by Romney’s comments. “I think we lost the election because the far right of this party has taken the party to a place that it doesn’t belong,” he said. “We are the party of prosperity, of growth, of tolerance. I mean these immigrants who come across and what they do wrong is they risk their lives, they come here and they work because they want to be part of the American Dream.”....
He also had some harsh words for Romney regarding how he related to Hispanics and other immigrants during the campaign.

And what did this shit head do to help Romney win over Hispanics for Romney? Bad advises I'd bet.

It had nothing to do with immigration. So Romney had a RINO as an advisor. Man, more and more is coming out about the bad preparation that Romney had over this campaign.

Y'all know I'm not a Romney fan, but I can sympathise with him on this stuff. I thought it was pathetic when McCain advisers went after Palin, and this isn't much different.

Everyone has to cover their own ass, apparently.

Anyone notice that Palin hasn't had a negative word about Romney or Ryan since the election?

I'll bet you won't hear any criticism from her, at all.

Other than her election night sorrow on Fox, this is it, so far.

America, don’t lose heart. This election is not an “Obama mandate,” nor is it a rejection of conservatism. Unanswered ads like this one running in blue collar swing states defined Romney early on, and the Obama media also piled on with the narrative that Romney would harm the middle class. (As I personally have witnessed, once a bell is rung by a biased media, it’s impossible to un-ring it.) Ironically, it’s Obama’s socialist policies that will destroy America’s working class as he outsources opportunities.
Hang in there, America. Fight for what is right. Don’t look to government or any politician to solve your problems. Government can’t make you happy, healthy, wealthy or wise. Obama is a master at reading the right “soaring” words fed into his teleprompter, but actions speak louder than words. So, hold tight to 2 Corinthians 4:8 because we’re in for a wild ride.

We must survive. United. One nation under God.

“We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted but not forsaken, struck down, but not destroyed.” – 2 Corinthians 4:8-9.

This is sort of a natural reaction by many party members. It's easy to blame the guy whose name is on the top of the ticket, and very convenient. People also figure Romney is not going to remain active in politics, the way Palin and others stuck around after their losses. So they figure he is open game for attacking.

I wouldn't mind seeing Romney run 3rd party as an independent, similar to Murkowski in Alaska. She was also temporarily done in by insiders. A 3rd party run will have to be done by someone rich enough to partially finance it.

Cimbri,

I'm often amazed at how off you are on so many things.

To each his own.....

Aon,

No, just comments from those whose only goal is to hijack a thread, and render it unreadable.
