I believe General Petraeus was set up in this matter. He not only doesn't lose his Constitutional rights, but he still should be shown respect for his service & valor in combat. He may very well have fell on his sword to protect the Commander in Chief. Bravo Judge Napolitano for coming to the General's defense. The Judge is a plain speaking man of truth.
The General may not be a saint, but let he who hath no sins cast the first stone. Let's let this story unfold until the truth is found. Vincit veritas! (truth wins out)
