Barack Obama: Part-Time President

No, it’s not your imagination: President Barack Obama is spending a whole lot of time fundraising, perhaps more than any incumbent president in history.

Including this week’s trip to California, he will have spent eight of 24 weekdays during the past month – that’s a third of them - on the road and collecting cash.

Being a Cup half-full kind of Guy myself, I look at this in a positive light. Now if he's only working 2/3 of the time in Washington, that means there is a 1/3 less chance of him doing anything else to screw things up any more than they are already before Romney sends him on a permanent vacation.
