Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson Endorses Romney

Savannah Guthrie announced "Breaking News" this morning on Meet the Press.

Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson announced, “Today, I'm happy to announce my full support and my endorsement of Governor Romney to be the next president of the United States.”

Senator Johnson, who is Tea Party candidate, had not planned to endorse any candidates.  However, after meeting to Governor Romney and speaking to him he changed his mind about endorsing a candidate.

Senator Johnson said, “I've come away from those conversations fully convinced that Governor Romney is the person to lead our party, to lead our nation. He fully understands the gravity of our financial situation. He's dedicated toward solving those problems. He is ready, willing and able to lead this nation, unlike President Obama.”

Senator Johnson, because of his very successful career in the private sector, is on Romney's short list for VP, along with Bob McDonnell, Chris Christie, Nikki Haley & Jim Demint, IMHO.

Before the Johnson segment, Tricky Ricky was interviewed by Ms. Guthrie, and she went after him like an attack dog. Kind of like Bret Baier interviewing Mitt Romney.

Tricky Ricky keeps comparing himself to Ronald Reagan.

Last time I checked, Reagan was not a career politician like Tricky Ricky is.

Last time I checked, Reagan was not a career Congressman like Tricky Ricky is.

And last time I checked, Reagan never lost a general election by 18 points like Tricky Ricky did.

But Tricky Ricky never lets the facts get in the way of a good story.

As Reagan would say, "Tricky Ricky, there you go again."
