WAPO/ABC Poll: Romney leading the GOP by 19 Points

GOP Nomination: (Previous results from March 10)

Mitt Romney 44% (33%)
Rick Santorum 25% (29%)
Ron Paul 13% (12%)
Newt Gingrich 10% (14%)
No opinion 3% (4%)

Head-To-Head:

Barack Obama 51%
Mitt Romney 44% (-7)

Barack Obama 52%
Rick Santorum 42% (-10)
A survey of registered Republicans and GOP-leaning independents was conducted April 5-8, 2012. The MOE for the full sample (1103 adults) is +/-3.5%.

I was reading a post about this poll at Hot Air and they made mention of the fact that the demographics are off...that would not apply to the question of who Republicans support...but it would have an impact on Obama's numbers. According to Hot Air...Democrats had a 7 point advantage over what they should have had..compared to the last polling.
