More likely Romney understood the dynamics behind this event and elected not to participate. I applaud his steadfastness in recognizing when an event makes no sense for him to participate in and when it does. He has the courage to make the choices that are right for his campaign and has no fear if his decisions are unpopular for others.

Thanks, TC. Don't know if I'll be able to watch live, but I'll definitely catch the replay. Mitt and Paul blew it by not attending.
Mitt probably has a meeting with his supre PAC to plan a Tiffanys attack ad against Newt.
or maybe he is helping palin secure a tv network deal for her new reality show since she is having a hard time getting one that won't reject her. :)

You can click the C-span link to view the candidates speeches.
Each one was given 5 minutes to speak and then Huckabee spoke. They then all watched the film.
I am not sure why you would think this was an advantage for Romney to skip.
Romney would have been given 5 minutes to talk about pro-life issues in any manner that he wanted.
There were no questions given to the candidates. No gotcha moments.
Romney could have once again (as you Romney supporters like to say) stated that he was pro-life and addressed the cause.
But instead he avoided the forum and the film.
Kinda like in 2010 how he addressed the Values Voter Summit and only said one sentence about prolife.
Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman should have been there as well.
Kinda embarrassing that the three did not show up.
I will view the replay. Huckabee has a great style of presentation as in the last event he hosted. Thanks for making us aware of this event TC.
