Pew Research Poll: Romney and Cain on top of GOP, Romney virtually tied with Obama

Note: This poll data (P.3) was broken down into 2 three segments. The polling data of the last 3 days had Romney up by 5 and Cain and Gingrich tied in 2nd at 18.

Rick Perry 42% (46%) (-11)

A survey of 1,576 registered voters, including a subsample of 738 registered Republicans and Republican-leaning Independents was conducted November 9-14, 2011. The MOE is +/-3% among all registered voters and +/- 4.5% among registered Republicans and GOP-leaning Independents.

fyi .. Rick Perry was at 17% in October, not 7% .. looks like a typo crept into your post.
