With the exception of Mr. Cain's slightly moving up, most candidates, do not move up or down in terms of national popular vote. However, regions figures are interesting. It appears that Mr. Perry continues to slip in the South, he partly makes up for that in the Midwest and even West. It looks as if Mr. Cain is losing support in the Midwest, but is starting to sky-rocket in the South. Mrs. Bachman appears to be slipping a bit in the South relatively speaking. Other than doing slightly better than expected in the Midwest, Mr. Romney is quite stable on a regional basis. Dr. Paul regional numbers are also relitively unsurprising except that he appears to be doing a bit better in the Northeast than I would expect and that other recent polls would suggest. Mr. Gingrich seems to be not doing as well on the Coasts. Finally Mr. Santorum seems to be doing even better than expected in the Northeast.
