I note Perry will NOT attend the DeMint debate as he is returning to Texas for the brushfires. very convenient....as if an extra hour or two in Columbia will have anything to do with the brushfire and everything to do with not having to debate. maybe he will skip the Reagan debate as well ????

craig,

That just NAILED HIS COFFIN as far as DeMint is concerned and the folks in SC won't be happy either.

Those fires have been burning for several months. The guy is PETRIFIED of receiving unscripted questions.

Does she ever answer the questions being asked?

BOSMAN, do you really think this will affect Perry? I mean, his excuse does sound good, even though I totally don't buy it. I think DeMint already plans to endorse Mitt which is why I think he talked Mitt into participating in the forum.

From what I hear, Perry will not be at CA's debate tomorrow. Chicken Shit indeed!

Firecracker,

I didn't hear he was missing the debate Wednesday.

If it is true, then the other candidates need to bring the debate to him and start talking about his record every time they can slip it in.

Anyone who can support Perry without hearing him (non-scripted) and before he is vetted, just because he's a LOUD MOUTH, is a fool!
