“Our friends in New York six weeks ago passed a statute that said marriage can be between two people of the same sex. And you know what? That’s New York, and that’s their business, and that’s fine with me,” Mr. Perry said.Rick Santorum took no time to tweet the following:
“That is their call. If you believe in the 10th Amendment, stay out of their business,” the Texas Republican added.
“So Gov Perry, if a state wanted to allow polygamy or if they chose to deny heterosexuals the right to marry, would that be OK too?”The full story is HERE.
I'll have to remember Perry's strong support of states rights and the 10th Amendment, the next time he slams Massachusetts and Romneycare.

I think that's why he's jumping in the race...so he can help solidify Romney's HC/states rights. This going be fun during the debates. Go Mitt!
of course use polygamy as an example, hit both perry and romney by bringing out some anti-mormon sentiment lol
Excellent find.
Perry will have a hard time condemning Romney's Health Care Plan in MA. Especially when Romney is using the State's Rights argument.
There are STRONG rumors out there that Perry may be a little light in the loafers himself.
Then there's his CLOSE relationship with Rudy Giuliani who seems more comfortable in drag than in male clothing.
ALL this will surface if Perry gets in.
I'm with Santorum on this.
More like battle of the pricks
