My reaction to Huntsman's address was "eh" (with a shrug). Nothing to get excited over.
I suspect Huntsman's purpose in his campaign is nothing more than to sap support from Romney. In spite of reports that I've seen from the Obama administration that they are not happy with Huntsman turning on them, I think they couldn't be happier. I think the media is presenting Huntsman as a "top tier candidate" (in spite of polling at 1%) in the hopes that he can bring Romney down and give Obama a different opponent.
Noelle, I think agree. With his "remarkable" man note to Obama, I have little confidence in his ability to distinguish the great harm Obama has done to our country.
Huntsman would have about as much "drive" to defeat Obama as McCain showed in the last election. HUGE error to get Huntsman in.
