Boston Globe SNUBS Herman Cain

The Globe wrote an article today about GOP potential contenders being urged to get in. they included 14 photos of  the candidates, ex-candidates, and potential candidates. The only black candidate Herman Cain, was conspicuously missing. What makes it even stranger is that Cain is polling better than many of those who's photo's they included. To add insult to injury, Cain's name wasn't mentioned in this long article either.

The included photos and categories were:

Currently In: Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul
Likely to enter: Mitt Romney, Michelle Bachman, Rick Santorum, Tim Pawlenty
Currently Out: Haley Barbour, Mike Huckabee, Donald Trump, John Thune
Mulling a Run: Mitch Daniels, Jon Huntsman, Sarah Palin, Rudy Giuliani

It seems that many liberal rags aren't crazy about Black Republicans. I guess you can add the Boston Globe to that list.

I have to wonder, how our first Black President and his team feels about the Globe's snub of Cain in light of their banning the Boston Herald from a fund raiser on Wednesday because they felt they were not fare in covering the President?

I was hoping to link on line to the photos they included in their PRINTED article. Unfortunately, the printed photo spread they used was not included in the online version.

Shame on the Globe.

That's too bad, although I wouldn't expect much better from the Globe. I wonder if they will even bother to try and explain this.
