Even though he has not formally announced he is running for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination, Romney's stop at an H&R Block office in south Orlando looked like an early presidential campaign appearance. He vowed to be in the race in New Hampshire and Iowa, and in Florida whenever the Sunshine State has its primary.
