Who does the White House Fear the Most in 2012? Mike Huckabee

Rick Klein of ABC "World News" sat down with Greta VanSustern and discussed the potential 2012 candidates. Greta asked, "Who do you think they (the White House) fears most tonight? Rick Klein answers, "I think there's a lot of concern about what the kind of candidate that Mike Huckabee would be potentially."

GV: Have they begun to get ready for 2012?
RK: Very Much, staffing up in Chicago

RK: Game planning out a lot of the the potential opponents. Praise for Mitt Romney and Praise for Jon Huntsman. Killing them with kindness strategy on Romney and Huntsman.

GV: "Who do you think they (the White House) fears most tonight?
RK: "I think there's a lot of concern about what the kind of candidate that Mike Huckabee would be potentially."

RK: Someone who can scramble the electoral map, make a different appeal than a typical Republican.

Texas, this is pretty hard to swallow. They would love to run against the man who can't raise 10 cents. No brainer.

Funny! The white house is going overboard to make sure that MH is NOT the nominee. Not. Mike is a nice chap, but he's NOT presidential. And he's also a first class grifter if he can't tell Ailes that he's running, because Ailes would cancel his paid gig for the unpaid gig of a failed candidate.

Well, they would certain like to run against Mr. Romney. They can tie him to MAcare and they know that many on the right would sooner go 3rd Party that vote for the MA chap.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Seriously though, are they afraid that Huckabee would eat all the squirrel at state dinners?

Or maybe the Whitehouse fears the deleterious effects that squirrel breath would have on Obama during the presidential debates.

I think Obama would love to run against Huckabee.

DanL,
IMO Huckabee has enough money now that he doesn't have to eat as much squirrel. Mom used to make fried squirrel when we were broke, too. Dad and my older brother kept trying to tell me it was really good and tasted like chicken. I can't stand the dark meat of chicken either so I ate vegetarian the nights Mom served squirrel.

But, you can go ahead and keep knocking poor people if you want to.

A.J.R.,
I doubt it. Huckabee had 48% of the black vote when he was re-elected as Governor in Arkansas. Maybe you don't realize how many conservative black leaders endorsed Huckabee during the primaries. Running against someone that can easily earn part of Obama's base wouldn't be as easy as you seem to think.

GrannyT,

I have spent many years of my life poor. But how would you know? I wasn't knocking poor folks, I was mocking Huckabee.

But, you can go ahead and take offense at words that weren't directed at you if you want to.

With powers like these, Huck is formidable, to say the least.

Do you think deep fried oreos might have had an effect on those powers?

Rocky,

I think that the best bet for containing Huck's powers would be a concerted effort by Girl Scout troops to contain his powers in their thin mint cookies.

And here I thought of Huckabee as kind of a mallomar kind-a-guy.

Bosman, is there really any cookie that Huck would say no to?

Tax hike mike doesnt have a chance, Obama would say he fears huckabee because he wants to run against huckabee. It'll be an easy win for Obama, since huck cant campaign for crap.

Currently according to Real Clear Politics averages Obama has a 5.1 point advantage over Romney, a 5.8 point advantage over Huckabee, a 15.6 point advantage over Palin, a 14.5 point advantage over Gingrich, and a 16 point advantage over Pawlenty.

Sorry I don't have a direct link for each or this site might think I'm spamming. Go here:
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/
and click on the "General Election [candidate name] vs Obama" in the latest polls section, click on the candidate you want to check and it takes you to a list of polls they included in their averaging.

The DNC is loudly, dramatically praying that we Republicans not throw them in the Huckabee briar patch.
