U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson has issued a stay of his own ruling declaring the health care reform law unconstitutional, giving the Obama administration seven days to file an appeal.

They were suppose to answer within 7 days last time, but it took them more than two weeks. I am not holding my breath.
Awesome! But I just wish that the Supreme Court would take it up post haste, because it is going to end up there anyway. Let's just cut to the chase and find out if Justice Kennedy is for or against this bill
If I'm not mistaken, by issuing a stay with a time frame, Obama is forced to act of he has no recourse to appeal the previous ruling and the previous ruling sticks.

Let's keep our fingers crossed that Obama will be forced to act and it will be fast tracked now to the Supreme Court.
