Ann Romney: Behind Mitt’s ‘Greatness,’ you’ll find a great woman

I read this great article this morning in the Boston Herald. It talks about the woman behind a man who could potentially be the next President of the United states.

As a big fan of Mitt Romney, I have taken for granted the importance of his family and especially the relationship he has with his wife in that much of this relationship has helped mold the man we know.

Ann Romney has played a major roll in the making of Mitt Romney the husband, father, successful business man, Governor, and Presidential candidate.

I was pleased when I read Wayne Woodlief's article that pointed out, when you get Mitt, You get one gutsy woman as well.
...(Mitt) Romney made it perfectly clear — even as he said he’s still musing about another run for president — that he’s gonna be in the game. His wife, Ann, was his vehicle for that impression: “She’s the one most committed to my getting into this thing,” he said, nodding toward his wife, sitting beside him on ABC’s “The View.” “She’s full speed ahead.” And we know that when our wives say, “Full speed ahead,” we’d better get in that gear, too.
In fact, as sometimes happens on Broadway, the supporting actress stole this show. Ann Romney was brave as she talked about her multiple sclerosis and flashed a kind of spit-in-the-diseases’s face lightheartedness.

A terrific lady and I know I have said this 1,000 time, but the camera does not do her full justice. She was at the book signing here in NY last March.

Wow!

She looks 10 years younger in person ( he does as well) and is very striking. As usual, Mitt shared the day with her, asking her to take the mic and speak with us. Really classy, warm anc very gracious that Ann.

Thanks for posting this Bos.

I don't know what makes me happier, the prospect of Mitt Romney for President of the United States, or Ann Romney as first lady. What an amazing woman!

Mitt and Ann look like they could be placed on top of a wedding cake.

I agree Ann is extremely likable and inspiring, and can also help humanize Mitt for everyday folks.. I hope she's out in front a lot more than last time.

It is so nice to see this true and loving couple in the limelight. She walks beside him, holding his hand. Not behind, not in front, but beside. She is is first concern, and vice versa. It is nice to see this. And the Romney's in the White House will be a great example to everyone.
