Apparently, Palin compliments Romney in her new book.

She praises Mitt Romney, a Mormon, for not "doing a JFK" during his campaign for the 2008 GOP nomination. "Where Kennedy seemed to want to run away from religion, Mitt Romney forthrightly embraced it,"she writes.

Huck, what say you?

I assume you all have seen that Barbara Bush said she was sitting by Sarah Palin recently, that she was beautiful, that she apparently loves Alaska, and that she hopes Palin stays there.

I-Guy, Only anti-Palin folks care what BB says. In fact, it only enhances Palin's stature among the grass roots. I'm certain you disagree with that. Let's revisit the topic a year from now.

So Barbara Bush is bad now?? hmmm, I'm not surprised, Palin's people throws everybody under the bus if they dare to speak their mind even once. They do see to like Tammy Bruce though.

Right Wingnut said...

I-Guy,

Conservatives have been suspicious of the progressive tendencies of the Bushies for quite some time.

Right Wingnut said...

Plus, It's no secret they would prefer Jeb or Mitch Daniels.

Right Wingnut said...

I-Guy, No comment on the comment Palin made about Mitt in her book?

Illinoisguy said...

Other than comments like you just made, I have seen nothing indicating they would prefer Daniels at all. I just see opinions like yours and nothing else.

Right Wingnut said...

The Bush camp throws Daniels name out there all the time. If not Daniels, it's some other member of the cocktail party. And, no it's not Mitt Romney.

Mike Pence:

"But with regards to Sarah Palin -- she's a force of nature. I just can’t help it -- I just love her. I just think she's got a bold and courageous voice for conservative values. She doesn't apologize and I like her style."

If Palin doesn't run, and Pence does, he's my guy.

Like I said, I see remarks like yours all the time, but where are the links to the BUSH CAMP making them?

Right Wingnut said...

I-Guy,

Rove brings him up all the time. Ari Fleischer did the other day. Those are off the top of my head. There have been others as well.

Right Wingnut said...

I-Guy,

Do you post as "conservativeguy" on C4P? I'm guessing it's either you or Doug.

Right Wingnut said...

But Doug usually posts as Doug NYC GOP on C4P.

"hmmm, I'm not surprised, Palin's people throws everybody under the bus if they dare to speak their mind even once." With respect IG, it is rather funny getting a lecture from you guys about throwing people under the bus. Sorry, but Mrs. B. Bush does not have quite the influence as her son does.
