Since the beginning of the day on October 31, there have been 245 combat clashes on the front line. Russian troops showed the greatest activity in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 55 attacks.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in its operational summary.
Over the course of the day, the Russian army carried out 53 airstrikes, dropped 159 guided aerial bombs, used 4,517 kamikaze drones, and conducted 1,927 shellings of populated areas and positions of Ukrainian troops.
In the Pokrovsk direction, combat clashes took place in the areas of Sofiivka, Toretske, Kucherov Yar, Vilne, Dobropillia, Novyi Donbas, Bilytske, Krasnopillia, Virivka, Myrnyi, Vasylivka, Serhiivka, Molodetske, Novopidhorodnie, Novomykolaivka, Biliakivka, and Novopavlivka. One battle was still ongoing at the time of publication.
According to preliminary estimates by the General Staff, 76 Russian troops were eliminated in this sector of the front over the day, and another 17 were wounded. Ukrainian units also destroyed four vehicles, one piece of special equipment, three UAV control points, an ammunition depot, and 42 enemy shelters. Some of the enemy’s equipment and shelters were also damaged. In addition, 162 drones of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 15 Russian attempts to advance near Kostyantynivka, Novoselivka, and Mykolaipillia. In the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction, 13 combat clashes were recorded, and nine on the Lyman direction.
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy launched eight attacks in the areas of Ternuvate, Dolynka, Hirke, Charivne, and Yehorivka. In the Pivnichno-Slobozhanskyi direction, seven battles took place, and four on the Slovyansk direction. --->READ MORE HERE

In the North-Slobozhansk direction, seven combat clashes took place in the areas of Bachivsk, Tovstodubovoye, Korenka, Ulanovoye, and Korchakivka, and one battle is still ongoing.
During the day, 13 combat clashes were recorded in the South Slobozhansk direction in the areas of Ternova, Starytsia, Radkivka, as well as in the direction of Zakharivka and Volokhivske, two clashes are still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, nine combat clashes took place in the areas of Kopanky, Chervony Stav, Shykivka, Lyman, Zarechny, and Donetsk, and two more battles have not ended yet.
Four combat clashes were recorded in the Slavyansk direction in the areas of Ozerne, Yampol, and Pyskunivka, and another attack is still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, our units twice prevented the enemy's advance in the areas of Tykhonivka and Malynivka.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 15 attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Kostyantynivka, Novoselivka, and Mykolaipyl.
