There were 244 combat clashes on the front, and in the Pokrovsky direction the enemy tried to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine more than 30 times.
This was reported by Ukrinform with reference to operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 10:00 PM on October 15, 2026 on Facebook .
"In total, 244 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of this day. The enemy carried out 63 air strikes, dropped 197 guided bombs. In addition, it engaged 3,181 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out 1,462 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops," the publication says.
According to the General Staff, in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions since the beginning of the day, the invaders have carried out one airstrike, using three anti-aircraft missiles, and carried out 47 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 16 times in the areas of the settlements of Starytsia, Izbitske, Chuhunivka and towards the settlements of Buzove and Radkivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried to improve its positions three times, conducting assault operations towards Novoosynovoye and Shyykivka. One clash is ongoing.
Six attempts by the invaders to advance were repelled in the Lyman direction towards Olhivka, Druzhelyubivka, and Lyman. One battle is ongoing.
In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces stopped two attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Orikhuvatka and Mykolaivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy tried three times to improve its positions, conducting assault operations in the Chervonye area and towards Yurkivka.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 22 enemy assaults: in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Dovha Balka and towards the settlements of Rozkishne, Mykolaypillya, and Raiske.
Thirty-one attacks were carried out by the enemy in the Pokrovsk direction .
