199 C-Clashes in F-Line: 26 in Pokrovsk Dir, 18 in S. Almost 200 battles in a day: General Staff names the most active front lines
Since the beginning of the day on September 3, 199 combat clashes have occurred on the front. The most intense fighting continued on the Pokrovsk, South Slobozhanske, and Kostiantynivka directions.
This is stated in the operational summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 22:00.
Over the day, Russian forces carried out 73 air strikes and dropped 209 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the enemy used 6,111 kamikaze drones for attacks and carried out 2,374 shellings of populated areas and positions of Ukrainian military.
Most attacks on Pokrovsk direction
On the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 26 attacks. Russian forces tried to advance in the areas of Vilne, Sofiivka, Toretske, Pryiut, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Dobropillia, Novohryshyne, Serhiivka, Udachne, Molodetske, and Novopavlivka.
As of 22:00, three more combat clashes were ongoing.
According to preliminary data from the General Staff, 56 Russian servicemen were eliminated and 18 more wounded on this direction during the day.
Ukrainian forces also destroyed nine vehicles, four units of special equipment, one UAV control point, and 31 enemy shelters.
Five vehicles, seven artillery systems, one unit of special equipment, eight UAV control points, and 157 shelters were damaged.
In addition, over the day on the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian forces destroyed or suppressed 365 Russian drones of various types.
18 assaults on South Slobozhanske direction
On the South Slobozhanske direction, Russian troops attacked positions of the Defense Forces near Kozacha Lopan, Lyman, Starytsia, Vovchanski Khutory, Okhrimivka, and Bochkove 18 times. Another combat clash was ongoing.
On the Kostiantynivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 Russian assaults in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Mykolaipillia, Raiske, and Pavlivka.
On the Lyman direction, seven attempts to advance by Russian troops near Kopanky, Novoiehorivka, Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Lyman, and Dibrova were repelled. Two more battles were ongoing.
On the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces stopped seven attacks near Kalenyky, Ozerne, and Kryva Luka. Two more combat clashes had not ended.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook , publishing operational information as of 10:00 p.m. on September 3, Ukrinform reports.
"In total, 199 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of this day. The enemy carried out 73 air strikes, dropped 209 guided bombs. In addition, it involved 6,111 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out 2,374 shelling of settlements and positions of our troops," the report says.
No enemy offensive activity was noted in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions .
During the day, in the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units 18 times near Kozacha Lopan, Lyman, Staritsa, Vilcha, Okhrimivka, and Bochkovye; another clash is still ongoing.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Kupyansk direction .
In the Lyman direction, our defenders successfully repelled seven attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Kopanky, Novoyehorivka, Novoselivka, Drobyshevye, Lyman, and Dibrova; two more clashes are ongoing.
In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped seven attempts by the invaders to advance near Kalenky, Ozerne, and Kryva Luka; two attacks are ongoing.
No assault actions by the occupiers were noted in the Kramatorsk direction .
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 15 enemy assaults near Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Mykolaipyl, Raiske, and Pavlivka.
A total of 26 attacks were repelled in the Pokrovsk direction . The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Vilne, Sofiivka, Toretske, Priyut, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Dobropillya, Novogrishyne, Sergiyevka, Udachne, Molodetske and Novopavlivka.
