At the front - 192 clashes, the Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized 56 occupiers in the Pokrov direction:

During August 7, there were 192 clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders at the front, 25 of them in the Pokrov direction.

As Ukrinform reports, this is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the situation as of 10:00 p.m.

"In total, 192 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of this day. The enemy launched one missile strike using two missiles, carried out 53 air strikes, and dropped 176 guided bombs. In addition, it involved 6,
540 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out 2,359 shelling of settlements and positions of our troops," the report says.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the Defense Forces successfully repelled six enemy attacks. The occupiers also carried out 42 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.

During the day, in the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units six times near Hoptivka, Zapadne, Petropavlivka, and Lyman.

In the Kupyansk direction today, the enemy carried out two assaults on Defense Forces positions in the direction of the settlement of Novoplatonivka; one clash is still ongoing.

Two attempts by the invaders to advance were recorded in the Lyman direction in the areas of Novoselivka and Lyman; one clash is ongoing.

In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped 12 attempts by the invaders to advance near Zakitne, Kryva Luka, Piskunivka, Kalenykivka, and Riznykovka; two more clashes are ongoing.

One enemy assault was recorded in the Kramatorsk direction in the Orikhovo-Vasylivka area.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 19 enemy assaults near Ivano-Frankivsk, Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Novoselivka, Toretskoe, and Mykolaipyl; another clash is ongoing.

A total of 25 attacks were carried out by the enemy in the Pokrovsky direction .
