Hamas-Linked CAIR Accuses Trump of Sharing ‘Anti-Muslim’ Post:
And of putting the pictured Muslim girls in danger.
The Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has unleashed an attack on President Trump, accusing him of putting Muslim children in danger over a Truth Social post. “CAIR, CAIR-MN Say President Trump’s Sharing of Anti-Muslim Post Puts Pictured Children in Danger,” CAIR, July 6, 2026:

The national headquarters and Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today condemned President Donald Trump’s sharing an inflammatory, anti-Muslim social media post of Muslim elementary school children, saying doing so puts a target on them and their school.

President Trump shared a post attempting to shame Muslim children for wearing Islamic head scarves (hijabs) to their kindergarten graduation at a school in Minnesota.

In a statement, CAIR and CAIR-MN said:

“By using his global platform to amplify anti-Muslim bigotry and target Muslim children at this elementary school, President Trump is putting lives at risk. Just two months ago, two white supremacists attacked a mosque and private school full of children in San Diego. Children deserve to feel safe in their schools and communities. When a political leader validates hate speech, it gives bigots a green light to target minority children. We call on all people of conscience, regardless of political affiliation, to reject this dangerous escalation of religious hatred.”…

This is the Truth Social Post that Trump shared:

Trump was pointing out the two systems of values that can now be found in the West: the Islamic sharia versus the principles of Western free societies. The two cannot live side by side. Islamic law does not allow Muslims to coexist peaceably as equals with non-Muslims anywhere in the world, and has not done so for its over 1400 years.  Once the population of Muslims rise, so does expectations of special treatment; then follow disunity, chaos, increased jihad attacks, subversion, and finally conquest.

Muslims increasingly demand more via powerful lobbies such as CAIR and others, which advance the Sharia agenda under the cover of DEI. CAIR is in the spotlight these days over its connection to the Muslim Brotherhood and its determination to advance the Sharia. The organization consistently references itself as a “Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization.” However, it is ill-defined as a “human rights” organization, as it demonstrates no such attributes. It simply expands Islamic supremacist interests, in line with its connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, while maligning all critics of Islam and putting a target on the backs of critics. That renders all the more ironic the fact that it is now claiming that Trump is putting a target on the backs of the Muslim children in his post.

CAIR also stirs up anti-Jewish hate. CAIR senior official Zahra Billoo — executive director of Hamas-linked CAIR’s San Francisco Bay Area chapter — back in 2021 gave a speech at the American Muslims for Palestine Annual Conference in Chicago. In it, she “smeared the vast majority of organizations representing the American Jewish community, citing them as being part of a well-funded effort to harm Muslims in the United States and abroad.” According to StandWithUs:

She also promoted a vicious antisemitic conspiracy theory, blaming Israelis for cases of police brutality in the U.S. Meanwhile, Awad, who is executive director of CAIR, referred to the city of Tel Aviv as “occupied” territory which will be “free” in the future – rhetoric commonly used as a thinly veiled call for the elimination of Israel.

“It is deeply unfortunate that an organization dedicated to fighting anti-Muslim hatred and discrimination would actively promote hatred and discrimination against Jews,” said Roz Rothstein, CEO of StandWithUs. “ Sadly, this is far from the first time CAIR leaders have engaged in antisemitism.

Also, Nihad Awad, CAIR’s executive director, “met with several members of the Muslim Brotherhood as recently as 2022. In an April 2024 Facebook post, Awad eulogized the late Sheikh Abdul-Majid al-Zindani, who the U.S. and UN designated as a recruiter and fundraiser for al-Qaeda.” And after Hamas’s savage October 7 attack on Israel, many CAIR leaders justified the jihad massacre, claiming that Palestinians had a “legitimate right” to “resist the occupation.” Awad claimed that Israel, as a supposedly occupying power, did not have a right to defend itself, and said that he had been “happy” on October 7 “to see people breaking the siege.” --->READ MORE HERE
