The Democrat War on Mothers and Fathers: Meet the “gestating” and “non-gestating” Parents; Bill Replacing 'mother' and 'father' with Gender-Neutral Terms Passes in New York, Heads to Hochul's Desk

The Democrat War on Mothers and Fathers:
Meet the “gestating” and “non-gestating” parents.
At the very heart of Karl Marx’s dystopian agenda was the “abolition of the family,” which ranks as one of the most satanic ideological aims humans have ever devised. Marx dangled before women the false promise to liberate them from the “slavery” of motherhood so that they could devote their productive energies to the State instead. Children would be reared by “the collective” so as to dissolve the bond between mother and father and child; the State would essentially become everyone’s parent.
Toward that end, for decades the Left has relentlessly pursued every conceivable means of delegitimizing, disempowering, and disintegrating the nuclear family structure, from asserting that any collection of consenting individuals can constitute a “family,” to eradicating the very definitions of “male” and “female.”
In the latest example: the insanely radical Democrats of New York, a state which elected a Muslim communist as mayor of the most populous city in America, just passed a bill designed to strip the terms “mother” and “father” from state law and replace them with the more clinical, dehumanized labels “gestating parent” and “non-gestating parent,” respectively.
The 15,000-word Senate Bill 9316, sponsored by Sen. Luis Sepulveda (D-Bronx) and Assemblywoman Amy Paulin (D-Westchester), would also relabel “paternity” cases as “parentage” proceedings, and replace “putative father” with “alleged parent” throughout New York’s child custody, family court, domestic relations and education laws.
Sen. Sepulveda said the legislation was necessary “to be consistent with current statute and case law.” A supporting family law attorney, Leslie Silver-Hoffman, told lawmakers the changes reflect modern families: “You have adoptive parents who are of the same gender in New York. There are two male parents, two female parents.” Maybe so, but there shouldn’t be. As Katy Faust of Them Before Us convincingly argues, every child deserves and needs both a mother and a father. Anything less perversely puts selfish adult desires ahead of the child’s emotional and psychological health and well-being. Anything less is not only devastating on a personal level, but destructive for society as well.
There are two principal reasons the Left wants to replace “mother” and “father” with “gestating” and “non-gestating parent” in official state law. One is to gradually erase the unique, irreplaceable roles of motherhood and fatherhood in the lives of children. The other is to normalize the biological lie that men who “identify” as women can have babies too. Gestating, of course, refers to carrying a fetus within a uterus from conception to delivery, and only “uterus-havers” can do this – i.e., women. But the woke Left insists against all reason, experience, and scientific evidence that trans women – i.e., men – are women and have the same biological capabilities. Witness, for example, the recent “Trans Period Pride” event in Boston, organized by the Massachusetts National Organization for Women with the full support of Boston’s lunatic Mayor Michelle Wu, which focused on “menstrual equity” for transgender people. --->READ MORE HERE

Bill replacing 'mother' and 'father' with gender-neutral terms passes in New York, heads to Hochul's desk:
'Mother' becomes 'gestating parent' and 'father' becomes 'non-gestating parent' under the proposal
New York Democrats recently passed a bill that would remove the words "mother" and "father" from parts of state law, sending the legislation to Gov. Kathy Hochul’s desk for final approval.
Under the new bill, targeting state child custody and parental laws, "mother" becomes "gestating parent," "father" becomes "non-gestating parent," and "paternity" becomes "parentage."
It passed in the state Senate this week after progressing through the Assembly in March.
Democrats who drafted the legislation claimed the wording shift would promote "inclusivity," while critics claim the change is unnecessary, with the legislative session having ended for the year on Thursday, FOX 5 New York reported.
Hochul said during a news conference that she isn’t familiar with the proposal, but promised to review it.
"I have until the end of the year to review them and make a decision, so I won't be commenting on pending legislation," Hochul said.
Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman shared multiple posts responding to the bill on social media Friday.
"In Kathy Hochul’s New York, 'mom' is now defined as 'gestating parent,'" Blakeman wrote. "Not when I’m Governor! I’ll stand up for moms and dads against this insanity." --->READ MORE HERE
