Bloodthirsty and Brutal Islamic Jihad Murderer Could Soon Be Freed: What Could Possibly Go Wrong? Bataclan Terrorist Already Granted Penitentiary Leave in Belgium

Bloodthirsty and Brutal Islamic Jihad Murderer Could Soon Be Freed:
What could possibly go wrong?
Remigration activist Dries Van Langenhove reported Wednesday that “Mohamed Bakkali, the logistical brain behind the Paris and Bataclan attacks that killed 129 and wounded hundreds more, is allowed penitentiary leave by the Brussels court. If Bakkali continues his ‘calm and good behaviour’ according to the court, he could soon be freed indefinitely.”
As unbelievable as it sounds, it’s true: For quite some time now, Bakkali has been breezing in and out of prison at will. The Brussels Signal reported, also on Wednesday, that Bakkali “has been granted multiple temporary prison leaves by a Belgian court. The Brussels Tribunal d’Application des Peines (TAP) approved six penitentiary leaves of up to 36 hours each for the 39-year-old, a Moroccan-Belgian national who is serving his sentence in Ittre prison, a high-security facility in Walloon Brabant. He has already benefited from several short permissions since July 2025.”
What is the point of having a man in a high-security prison if he can take a few days off whenever he wants to, and wander around unnoticed among the unsuspecting native population that he would likely be only too glad to terrorize again?
Bakkali, as “calm” as he is, may still be savoring the memories of the last time he acted to “strike terror in the enemies of Allah” (Qur’an 8:60), when he perpetrated his jihad massacre at the Bataclan theater in Paris on November 13, 2015. The New York Post reported in July 2016 that “the Islamic State terrorists who attacked the Bataclan theater in Paris last November not only killed scores of innocents — they also gouged out the eyes and sliced up the genitals of some of the victims, according to testimony in a disturbing French report.”
The details are unfathomably ghastly: “Some victims’ bodies from the second floor of the theater had been beheaded, eviscerated and otherwise mutilated.” French lawmaker Georges Fenech “said he had heard of one especially grievous account: The father of one victim had told him that his son had been disemboweled and castrated, with his testicles found in his mouth. ‘They had cut off his testicles,’ Fenech said during testimony.”
How could Mohamed Bakkali, or anyone, act with such unimaginable savagery? He likely had no problem doing so, for he had been taught that the unbelievers were “the most vile of created beings” (Qur’an 98:6), and that non-Muslims are “like cattle, no, they are worse.” (Qur’an 7:179) The Qur’an also says that non-Muslims are “the worst of animals” (8:55).
The Qur’an is clear about how Muslims should treat these vile animals: “Muhammad is the apostle of Allah. Those who follow him are ruthless to unbelievers, merciful to one another.” (48:29) Ruthless in what way? The Qur’an tells Muslims to “kill them wherever you find them” (2:191, 4:89, 4:91) and, just in case that wasn’t clear enough, adds “kill the idolators wherever you find them” (9:5). This includes pretty much everyone, for in the Qur’anic view, virtually every non-Muslim is an idolater. --->READ MORE HERE
Bataclan terrorist already granted penitentiary leave in Belgium:
Mohamed Bakkali has already benefited from several short permissions since July 2025.
Mohamed Bakkali, convicted in France as a central figure in the logistics of the November 13, 2015 Paris attacks that killed 130 people and injured hundreds more, has been granted multiple temporary prison leaves by a Belgian court.
The Brussels Tribunal d’Application des Peines (TAP) approved six penitentiary leaves of up to 36 hours each for the 39-year-old, a Moroccan-Belgian national who is serving his sentence in Ittre prison, a high-security facility in Walloon Brabant.
He has already benefited from several short permissions since July 2025.
Bakkali was sentenced in France to 30 years in prison for his role in the Paris attacks. The verdict was handed down in June 2022 at the conclusion of the so-called V13 trial, the longest criminal proceedings in modern French history, which involved 20 defendants over almost 10 months.
Prior to this, he received 25 years for his role in the foiled Thalys train attack in August 2015, when a heavily armed gunman boarding the high-speed service from Amsterdam to Paris was overpowered by passengers.
He rented safe houses in Belgium for the terror cell and provided logistical support. The same network was later behind the March 22, 2016 Brussels bombings at Zaventem airport and Maelbeek metro station, which killed 32 people and wounded more than 300.
The French authorities decided to merge his sentences to the maximum of 30 years, Belgian news agency Belga reported.
Following an agreement at the time of his extradition, he is serving his sentence in Belgium rather than France.
Under Belgian prison rules, convicts can qualify for temporary leaves and conditional release after serving only one-third of their sentence. That is a much more lenient regime than in France, where a two-thirds safety period would have kept him behind bars far longer.
News outlet La Capitale reported he already was granted five periods of day release since July 2025.
This year, he applied for prison leave.
On May 11, 2026, the Sentence Enforcement Court approved the application, despite a negative recommendation from the Public Prosecution Service, allowing Bakkali to apply.
The same court said Bakkali had taken sufficient steps to find work and accommodation and had behaved “calmly and respectfully” in prison. --->READ MORE HERE
