South Carolina Illegal Immigrant Charged with incest after minor gave birth in hospital parking lot:

Federal immigration officials issued a detainer for a Mexican national accused of sexually assaulting a minor in South Carolina after the victim was found giving birth in a hospital parking lot.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer for Luis Armando Argueta Montejo, who is accused of having sexual intercourse with a female minor believed to be between the ages of 11 and 14.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said Montejo was arrested days after the minor was found giving birth in the parking lot of Oconee Memorial Hospital in South Carolina.

Evidence collected by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office indicated that Montejo had sexual intercourse with the victim, according to DHS.

The 43-year-old was charged with incest and three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a child, DHS said.

“This sicko should NEVER have been in our country to prey on children in the first place,” Acting Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said in a statement.

“He now faces charges for incest and multiple child sex crimes.”

Montejo told ICE he first entered the US in 2006 and does not have a prior criminal record, according to officials. --->READ MORE HERE

Man charged with incest after minor gives birth in parking lot, accuses him of sex abuse:

A man was charged with incest after an underage girl allegedly gave birth in a parking lot and accused him of sexually abusing her for years.

According to a release from the Oconee County Sheriff's Office obtained by People, deputies were called to the parking lot of Oconee Memorial Hospital on April 11 after a minor, whose age and name were not released, was discovered giving birth in a vehicle.

The juvenile was brought inside the hospital to complete the delivery, along with an adult woman who was with her. After deputies spoke with the Department of Social Services and turned the case over to the Violent Crimes Unit of the Criminal Investigations Bureau, 43-year-old Luis Armando Argueta Montejo was arrested, authorities said.

"Based upon evidence that was obtained during the investigation, and after presenting that evidence to a judge, probable cause was established that Montejo had engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim between 2022 and 2025," the sheriff's office wrote in its release. --->READ MORE HERE
