At the front - 121 clashes, the Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized more than fifty occupiers in the Pokrovsk direction:

During May 9, 121 clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders occurred at the front, with the enemy most actively trying to attack in the Hulyaipil and Pokrovsk directions.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook , publishing operational information as of 10:00 p.m., Ukrinform reports.

"In total, 121 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of this day. The enemy used 4,737 kamikaze drones to destroy them and carried out 1,524 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops," the report says.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions today, the enemy carried out 21 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements. Two enemy assault actions were recorded.

In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units nine times in the direction of the settlements of Prylipka, Izbitske, Starytsia, Ternova, Petro-Ivanivka, Synelnykovo, and Novovasylivka. One of these attacks is ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy stormed once towards Kupyansk.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled four assaults by the occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Lyman, Zarichne, Yampil, and Ozerne.

The enemy did not conduct any assault operations in the Slavyansk direction .

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy once tried to improve its position towards Tikhonivka.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders stormed the positions of our defenders 11 times today in the areas of the settlements of Illinivka, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar and towards Kostyantynivka. Three of these enemy attacks are still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 22 attacks. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Bilytske, Nykanorivka, Dorozhne, Novooleksandrivka, Rodynske, Vasylivka, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka and Novopidhorodne. One of these attacks is ongoing.--->READ MORE HERE

The situation remains most tense in the Pokrovsk sector, where the occupiers carried out 22 attacks. According to preliminary data, the Ukrainian military eliminated 37 Russian servicemen and wounded 15 others there. A UAV control point, two vehicles, and more than 200 drones of various types were also destroyed.

In the Huliaipole sector, 23 attacks were recorded, and the Russians conducted another 11 assaults in the Kostiantynivka sector.

Russians continue attacks in the east and south

In the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi sector, the occupiers attacked UAF positions nine times; in the Lyman sector, four assaults took place, and one more assault was recorded in the Kupiansk and Kramatorsk sectors.
