On Tuesday, April 7, 128 combat clashes were recorded on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The largest number of enemy assaults was in the Kostyantynivka, Pokrovsky and Hulyaipil directions.
This is stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 10:00 p.m.
Enemy shelling
The aggressor carried out 43 air strikes, dropped 145 guided bombs. In addition, it used 4,878 kamikaze drones to destroy them and carried out 2,321 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops.
Situation on the main routes
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 60 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, two of which were using multiple launch rocket systems, and carried out one air strike using one guided bomb. Our defenders also managed to repel six enemy attacks.
In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the enemy twice stormed the positions of our units in the area of the settlements of Vovchansk and Lyman.
In the Kupyansk direction, the occupiers tried five times to improve their position in the areas of the settlements of Kurylivka, Petropavlivka, and Pishchane.
In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy assault near the settlement of Tverdokhlibovo.
In the Slavyansk direction, since the beginning of the day, our defenders have stopped seven attempts by the occupiers to advance near the settlements of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Riznykivka, and Ozerne.
The enemy did not conduct any active operations in the Kramatorsk direction .
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 26 attacks near Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, Stepanivka, Ivano-Frankivka, Rusyn Yar, and Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the invaders have tried 24 times to push our soldiers out of the occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Rivne, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Hryshyne, Dachne, Filiya, Muravka, and Novopavlivka.
