On February 9, Ukrainian forces engaged in 159 combat clashes with Russian invaders, with 36 attempts by the enemy to break through in the Pokrovsk sector.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Facebook, providing operational information as of 22:00, according to Ukrinform.
"In total, 159 combat clashes have occurred since the beginning of the day. […] The enemy carried out one missile strike using two missiles, 43 airstrikes, and dropped 113 guided bombs. In addition, they deployed 4,034 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,089 attacks on settlements and our troops' positions," the report reads.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, there was one combat clash, with the enemy launching 54 attacks on Ukrainian positions and settlements.

In the Pokrovsk sector, 36 enemy attacks targeted Sofiivka, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Novopavlivka, Ivanivka, Filiia, and Dachne.
