At the front, there were 135 clashes, in the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy made almost 35 attempts to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces

There are 135 combat clashes at the front, the largest – in the Pokrovsky direction, where the Russians lost more than 90 occupiers.

This is reported by Ukrinform with reference to operational information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 22:00 on 19.01.2026 Facebook.

In total, 135 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of this day. Today, Russian troops launched two missile and 70 airstrikes, using two missiles and dropping 70 guided aerial bombs. In addition, 4,786 kamikaze drones were involved in the strikes and 3,088 were carried out shelling positions of our troops and settlements», the publication notes.

According to the General Staff, on Pivnichno-slobozhanskyi i Kursk directions since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out one airstrike, dropping four guided bombs, carried out 74 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, of which four – are from multiple rocket launchers.

On South Slobozhan direction the enemy stormed the positions of our units 11 times near Starytsia, Prylipka, Vovchansky Khutory, Krugly, Nesterny, Degtyarny and towards Izbytskyi, four clashes are still ongoing.

On Kupiansk direction the aggressor carried out offensive actions three times in the area of Stepova Novoselivka and in the direction of the settlement of Golubivka.

On Lyman direction the Russian invaders attacked Defence Forces positions nine times in the areas of Novoyegorivka, Novoselivka, Shandrigolove, Kolodyazi and Zarichne settlements.

Five enemy assaults were repulsed by Ukrainian defenders on Slavic direction – the occupiers tried to advance in the Dronivka area and towards Platonivka.

On Kramatorsk direction ukrainian units repelled two enemy attacks, in the direction of Privill and Bondarny.

On Konstantinov direction 15 times the Russians went on the offensive against the positions of Ukrainian units in the areas of Kleban-Byk, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar settlements and towards Kostyantynivka and Novopavlivka.

On Pokrovsk direction since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 34 times to advance to the positions of Ukrainian units. The enemy attacked in the areas of Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Horikhove and towards Filia. Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of January 19:

By the end of January 19, a high intensity of combat operations remains along the front line. The enemy continues the massive use of aircraft, missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As of 10:00 p.m. Kyiv time on January 19, 135 combat engagements had been recorded. Ukrainian defenders are holding back the enemy’s attempts to advance deeper into the territory, inflicting significant losses.

Over the course of the day, the enemy used two missiles, carried out 70 airstrikes involving guided aerial bombs, deployed 4,786 kamikaze drones, and conducted 3,088 attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces and on populated areas.

In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions: Since the start of the day, one airstrike involving four guided bombs has been recorded. The enemy carried out 74 shelling attacks, including four strikes with multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction: The enemy attempted to assault the positions of Ukrainian units 11 times in the areas of Starytsia, Prylipky, Vovchanski Khutory, Kruhlye, Nesternе, and Dihtiarne, as well as toward Izbytske. Four combat engagements are ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, 3 attempts to advance were recorded in the area of Stepova Novoselivka and toward Holubivka. In the Lyman direction, nine attacks took place near Novoiehorivka, Novoselivka, Shandryholove, Kolodiaz, and Zarichne.

In the Sloviansk direction, 5 assaults were repelled in the area of Dronivka and toward Platonivka. In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled two attacks toward Pryvilehiia and Bondarne.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy attempted to advance 15 times in the areas of Kleban-Byk, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar, and toward Kostiantynivka and Novopavlivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, 34 attacks were recorded. Fighting took place in the areas of Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Vdale, Molodetske, Orikhove, and toward Filiia. Combat engagements are ongoing at four locations. --->READ MORE HERE
