Rep. Andy Ogles Exposes Judges Who Released Somali Migrant Suspect For Brutal Rape of Woman Who Later Died: Now the Judges Demand Extra Personal Security; ‘Where were these judges when she was being raped?’: Rep. Ogles Doubles Down After Nashville Judges Accuse Him of ‘invoking violence’

Rep. Andy Ogles Exposes Judges Who Released Somali Migrant Suspect For Brutal Rape of Woman Who Later Died:
Now the judges demand extra personal security.
More politicians should follow the example of U.S. Representative Andy Ogles who exposed Democrat Judges of the Davidson County General Sessions Court in Nashville for their reckless neglect of duty, which resulted in the brutal rape of a woman who later died. Now those same judges are not only reversing accusations on Ogles as they impugn him for “political grandstanding”, they also swiftly moved to protect their own skin. “Nashville Judges Demand Extra Security After Rep. Andy Ogles Exposes Democrat Judiciary’s Release of Migrant Rape Suspect,” by Kaitlin Housler, Tennessee Star, December 10, 2025:
Judges of the Davidson County General Sessions Court are demanding heightened security measures in response to comments made by U.S. Representative Andy Ogles (R-TN-05) criticizing the judges who were part of earlier cases against Muhammad Muhammad, the Somali immigrant accused of raping a woman who later died from the attack in August.

Last Friday, Ogles posted a thread on social media identifying the judges who were part of previously dismissed cases against Muhammad leading up to the August attack, in which he was arrested and charged with four counts of rape after allegedly assaulting a 34-year-old woman who died after being transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Hospital.

Ogles said that Muhammad was arrested “over a dozen times” leading up to the August attack, but that every previous case against the Somali-born migrant was previously dismissed by multiple judges in Davidson County General Sessions Court.

The congressman listed six judges (pictured above) and a brief summary of their cases with Muhammad, including Judges Jim Todd, Arron Holt, Robin Kimbrough-Hayes, Lynda Jones, Melissa Blackburn (not pictured), and Rachel Bell (not pictured).

“Every judge and prosecutor who let him off the hook was a DEMOCRAT. As long as local liberals are running things in Middle Tennessee, we are at war. The state should impeach all of the judges. Send the guard to Nashville,” Ogles wrote.
Throughout the country, Leftist judges have have collectively demonstrated (repeatedly) that they do not care about the public’s wellbeing. --->READ MORE HERE
‘Where were these judges when she was being raped?’: Rep. Ogles doubles down after Nashville judges accuse him of ‘invoking violence’
Congressman Andy Ogles (R-TN) has stood by comments he made on social media accusing Nashville judges of dismissing cases against a man recently arrested for allegedly raping an unconscious woman on the steps of a Nolensville Pike church in August.
On Dec. 5, Ogles posted the photos and names of several Davidson County General Sessions Court judges on Facebook and in a thread to X. The post referenced a case where a man was arrested in connection with sexually assaulting an unconscious woman near a church in the Woodbine neighborhood in August. Ogles’ post alleged the suspect had been arrested “over a dozen times,” but every case was dismissed.
“Every judge and prosecutor who let him off the hook was a DEMOCRAT,” Ogles wrote. “As long as local liberals are running things in Middle Tennessee, we are at war. The state should impeach all of the judges. Send the guard to Nashville.”
His comments prompted a response from the judges named in the post. In a joint statement, they accused Ogles of “invoking violence.” As a result, the Davidson County Sheriff confirmed to WKRN that they increased security at the courthouse.
“We stand united in condemning any language or actions that target judges — or any elected officials — with threats of violence as a means of expressing political disagreement,” the joint statement reads, in part. “In light of numerous acts of political violence witnessed in recent years, the statements made by Mr. Ogles are unacceptable.”
The judges also requested Gov. Bill Lee’s assistance with ensuring safety. Ogles doubled down in an interview with News 2 Wednesday.
“My question is: Where is their apology to the family of this woman? Where is their apology to the people of Nashville?” Ogles said. “Look, I get it. People make mistakes, but own it, right? They should have apologized to the people of Nashville for allowing a sexual predator back on the streets.”
During his interview with News 2, Ogles held up a photo with eight different mugshots of the man accused of the August rape. The congressman claimed the suspect is a Somali migrant with a lengthy criminal history, and added his most recent alleged crime could have been prevented had he still been in jail. --->READ MORE HERE
