ICYMI: Biden Autopen Orders Should Be Void — as Elderly President’s Actions Were ‘not all his own’ After Health Cover-Up, Bombshell Report Finds; Don't ignore Congress' Damning New Report On Biden. Democrats Lied to Us; Comer Unleashes On Biden, Demands DOJ Probe of Autopen Use in Scathing New Report

Biden autopen orders should be void — as elderly president’s actions were ‘not all his own’ after health cover-up, bombshell report finds:
Dozens of Joe Biden’s executive actions “cannot all be deemed his own” after his closest advisers “went to great lengths to prop up” the 46th president as he suffered physical and cognitive decline in office, according to a bombshell report released Tuesday.
The House Oversight Committee staff document — based on more than a dozen interviews with Biden aides — lays out how the Democrat’s “inner circle” took steps to “meticulously stage-manage” his public appearances, lighten his private workload, and even block lawmakers from talking to him.
“These steps ranged from addressing President Biden’s makeup, clothing, schedule, the number of steps President Biden could walk or climb, the amount of time President Biden needed to read and to spend with his family,” the 91-page report states, “keeping cabinet meetings to a minimum, eliciting ‘direction’ from Hollywood on the State of the Union and other events, and using teleprompters even at small, intimate events.”
In fact, when Biden gave his son Hunter a sweeping pardon from tax and gun felonies — as well as any potential crimes committed over an 11-year period — the president was given a notecard full of approved talking points, Axios journalist and “Original Sin” co-author Alex Thompson first reported.
The investigation, run by Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), also found that executive orders signed by autopen — including some presidential pardons — should be considered null and void since they were authorized with no “approval traceable to the president’s own consent.”
Biden himself told the New York Times in July that an autopen was used to sign 25 pardon and commutation warrants in December 2024 and January 2025, some of which granted clemency to thousands of offenders. Hunter Biden’s pardon was one of the few the president signed by hand during this period.
Asked directly whether he even knew who operated the autopen, former White House chief of staff Jeff Zients — who approved 11th-hour pardons for first family members on Jan. 19, 2025 — answered bluntly in an transcribed interview with the committee: “I do not.” --->READ MORE HERE

Don't ignore Congress' damning new report on Biden. Democrats lied to us. | Opinion
After reading the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee's Oct. 28 report on President Joe Biden's cognitive decline and his inner circle's dishonest, deliberate cover-up, I'm furious.
Chairman James Comer, R-Kentucky, said in a statement that the report, based on 14 depositions and transcribed interviews with key Biden aides, shows that some staff "colluded to mislead the public" and went to great lengths to "sustain the appearance of presidential authority as Biden’s capacity to function independently diminished."
Comer and the committee deemed executive actions that Biden's staff performed via the autopen "null and void." The committee's findings are so serious that he called on the U.S. Department of Justice to review Biden's executive actions and scrutinize a few members of staff they interviewed.
Like many Americans, I suspected that Biden was suffering from declining health and that his administration was covering it up, raising ethical and practical questions about who was actually running the White House. This report confirms that and then some: Biden's inner circle knew he was in poor health, but instead of helping him or relieving him of his presidential duties, they sought to maintain power at any cost.
The Democratic Party was – and remains – unfit to run America.
Who was running the White House during Biden's last year?
The committee report is so damning that it raises vital questions about who was really running the White House, particularly during the last year of Biden's presidency, when thousands of clemencies were granted.
The report found evidence that Biden experienced a mental and physical decline so significant that senior White House officials covered it up by restricting his access to the public or ensuring that any access to him was heavily controlled. Because of his decline, staff "facilitated executive actions without direct authorization from President Biden himself, including through misuse of the autopen and failures in documenting decision-making processes," the report's summary said.
The report says that vital decisions were executed without confirming the president's approval, particularly pardons and commutations toward the end of his presidency. I wrote previously that Biden bungled this responsibility anyway, because he reduced the sentences of people who committed horrible crimes. --->READ MORE HERE
