A lawsuit by vast majority of Dem states shows how bad the problem is.
In the flurry of lawfare aimed at blocking anything and everything that the Trump administration is doing, it’s easy to dismiss any single lawsuit as just more partisan legal obstructionism, but the lawsuit filed by 20 Democrat states against the Trump administration is a major admission.
The lawsuit filed to challenge the Trump administration’s ban on federal benefits going to illegal aliens is being billed as an effort to defend children, but it’s actually an admission that much of the welfare system in Democrat states is actually used to provide services to illegal aliens.
The lawsuit makes a two-fold argument, that individual clinics and providers who offer various government subsidized services including health care and education are incapable of determining who is an illegal alien and that they service so many illegal aliens that they would go out of business if they were forced to stop. The first argument, that distinguishing an illegal alien is a “complex determination that cannot be made by an untrained individual” is farcical obstructionism, but the second argument is deeply revealing and also deeply disturbing.
The lawsuit is led by New York and the press release from Attorney General Letitia James claims that the new guidelines “barring many safety net programs from serving all residents, regardless of immigration status” would cause the collapse of free health and education.
For example, her press release contends that “New York’s 850 community health centers provide primary and preventative care to 2.4 million low-income residents, regardless of insurance or immigration status… without federal funding or reimbursement for treating patients whose status cannot be verified, many centers could be forced to close.”
That claim is backed up by a declaration from State Health Commission James McDonald.
If community health care centers would be forced to close unless they’re reimbursed for providing services to illegal aliens, how many of their patients actually are illegals? The conclusion would seem to be that either a majority or a significant percentage are illegal aliens.
And that taxpayers funding these centers are really funding free health care for illegals, providing a magnet to draw illegal aliens to the United States and then to keep them there. --->READ MORE HERE

A coalition of mostly Democrat-run states is suing the Trump administration for sharing Medicaid data with federal immigration officials.
Health and Human Services (HHS) violated federal privacy laws when it handed over Medicaid data on millions of enrollees to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), California Democratic Attorney General Rob Bonta and a slate of other liberal prosecutors allege in a lawsuit filed Tuesday. The Democratic attorneys general fear the trove of health care data will help the Trump administration’s mass deportation goals.
“Millions of individuals’ health information was transferred without their consent, and in violation of federal law,” plaintiffs stated, according to court documents.
“In doing so, the Trump administration silently destroyed longstanding guardrails that protected the public’s sensitive health data and restricted its use only for purposes that Congress has authorized, violating federal laws including the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA),” the plaintiffs continued.
The Trump administration in June provided deportation officials with personal data, including immigration status, on millions of Medicaid enrollees, potentially making it easier to locate these individuals, according to an internal memo obtained by The Associated Press. The shared data includes information on individuals who live in California, Washington, D.C., Illinois and Washington state — all of which allow noncitizens to enroll in their own Medicaid programs.
The states behind the courtroom challenge are California, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington, according to court documents. HHS, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem are named as defendants. --->READ MORE HEREFollow link below to a relevant story:
