Since the start of August 4, there have been 144 combat engagements on the front. The epicenter of the fighting is the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Lyman direction, Russian invaders attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 23 times near the settlements of Hrekivka, Myrne, Kolodiazi, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, and towards Dronivka, Hryhorivka, and Serebrianka. Fighting continues in seven locations.
Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy assault actions on the Siversk direction — the Russian army tried to advance in the areas of Hryhorivka and Vyimka.
One enemy attack was repelled by our defenders in the area of Chasiv Yar in the Kramatorsk direction.
In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces launched four offensives against Ukrainian unit positions near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka. The Defense Forces stopped all enemy attacks. Enemy aviation struck Ivanopillia with aerial bombs.
