Former Harvard Law Professor Says 'Harvard Is Going to Lose' Battle Against Trump Thanks to the Constitution:
Renowned constitutional law expert Alan Dershowitz said on Newsmax on Thursday that Harvard University is fighting a legal battle it can’t win.
U.S. District Judge Allison D. Burroughs indicated Thursday, she would grant Harvard a preliminary injunction, effectively blocking the Trump administration’s move to bar the school from enrolling international students. During an appearance on “Finnerty,” Dershowitz laid out a detailed legal rationale for why Harvard’s challenge will fail, saying that the Constitution grants the federal government, and not the courts, the exclusive power to decide who is allowed to enter the United States.
“Let’s be clear, Harvard is going to lose this case. The United States government has the absolute, unequivocal right to decide who comes into the country and who doesn’t. That’s not up to the judicial branch. The judiciary has no role to play in determining who comes into the country. No one has a First Amendment right to come into the country to speak against Israel, to speak against the United States, to block student access to classes,” Dershowitz told host Rob Finnerty.
Dershowitz said, this is not an issue of academic freedom or constitutional speech protections but a matter of sovereign control over national borders.
“It’s a privilege to come into the United States, and the government has an absolute right to prevent people from coming in. There may be a dispute as to whether the legislative branch or the executive branch has the ultimate authority, but there is no dispute that judges have no authority whatsoever,” Dershowitz said. --->READ MORE HERE

Harvard's Alan Dershowitz makes case for Trump's 'targeted defunding,' reveals biggest sources of fraud:
Trump admin asks all federal agencies to cancel remaining Harvard contracts
Taking a step away from his traditional Democratic values, Harvard University law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz argues that President Donald Trump’s "targeted defunding" is warranted over the institution’s complicity in antisemitism.
"Something has to be done," Dershowitz said Tuesday on "The Evening Edit." "Now, I think the president may have gone a bit too far by cutting off all funding… but his heart is in the right place and something has to be done."
"And I'm glad that there are at least some efforts to try to stop Harvard and other schools from fomenting this kind of antisemitism," he continued.
The Trump administration is asking all federal agencies to find ways to terminate all federal contracts with Harvard University amid an ongoing standoff over foreign students’ records at the Ivy League school.
The General Services Administration drafted a letter instructing all federal agencies to review the estimated $100 million remaining in federal contracts with Harvard and potentially "find alternative vendors," according to a copy of the letter obtained by Fox News.
The reason for the budget cuts is due to the university’s engagement "in race discrimination, including in its admissions process and in other areas of student life," the letter states.
"Harvard is not only tolerating antisemitism in two of its schools, the Divinity School and the Public Health School," Dershowitz claimed, "it's actually teaching it and fomenting antisemitism." --->READ MORE HERE
