Ukrainian Defense Forces repel Russian attacks on 12 front directions, most intensely near Pokrovsk

Over the past day, there were 147 combat clashes along the front lines, with Russian troops attacking most intensely in the Pokrovsk direction

Ukraine's General Staff reported the information.

According to detailed reports, during the past day, Russia launched three missile strikes (totaling 6 missiles), 61 air strikes (including 98 guided aerial bombs), and 1,009 kamikaze drone attacks. They conducted a total of 4,366 assaults on both military positions and civilian areas, with 98 attacks from MLRS.

Russia's air strikes targeted 30 settlements across Ukraine.

Yesterday, the Ukrainian Defense Forces' aviation, missile forces, and artillery targeted two Russian command posts, an artillery system, two air defense systems, and 16 personnel concentrations.

Frontline update

In the Kharkiv direction, there were eight combat clashes as Russian troops continued active operations, with fighting occurring near Vovchansk, Starytsia, and Lyptsi settlements.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russia attacked Ukrainian units' positions ten times. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled assaults near Berestove, Pischane, and Synkivka.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 17 attacks near Hrekivka, Nevske, Makiivka in the Luhansk region, and Terny in the Donetsk region.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled seven assaults near Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamyanske, Vyimka, and Rozdolivka. --->READ MORE HERE

General Staff: Ukrainian troops repel 18 Russian attacks in Kharkiv region:

In the Kharkiv direction, there were eight combat clashes in Vovchansk, Starytsia, and Lyptsi over the past day, reported the General Staff.

Russia started their new offensive north and northeast in the Kharkiv region in May, but Ukrainian troops have stabilized the frontline in this section since. Now, heavy battles are ongoing in and around Vovchansk (three miles from the border, 46 miles away from Kharkiv) and near Lyptsi (six miles from the border, 12 miles from Kharkiv.)

The General Staff reported that in the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops attacked the positions of Ukrainian units ten times. Defense forces repelled Russian assaults near Berestove, Pishchane, and Synkivka.

The Russians also hit Starytsia, Vovchansk, Lyptsi, Pokaliane, Hlyboke, Mali Prokhody, Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, and Kurylivka in the Kharkiv region with air strikes.

The commander of the operational battalion of the 13th National Guard Brigade “Khartia” said in an interview with Gwara Media that the Ukrainian military had stopped the Russian army’s movement towards Kharkiv, so the 13th Brigade of the National Guard “Khartia” and other combat units are creating conditions to push the Russians back. --->READ MORE HERE
