Hunter Biden Remains a ‘Good Standing’ D.C. Bar Member:
Hunter Biden remains a “good standing” member of the D.C. Bar’s association, despite evidence of illicit activities and court proceedings, according to the bar’s website.
During Wednesday’s court proceedings, Hunter Biden told the judge he was licensed to practice law in Washington, DC, and Connecticut.
In February, the D.C. Bar told Breitbart News that Hunter is “not a member of the D.C. Bar.”
The bar’s statement was consistent with the Associated Press’s reporting from 2014 in which it claimed the “Current District of Columbia bar records do not show Biden as member.” However, Hunter’s D.C. Bar license says he was admitted in 2007.
Breitbart News followed up by sending a screenshot of the search query of the D.C. Bar’s website that listed Hunter as a member. The D.C. Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel replied they had searched their records in error and that Hunter was indeed a member of the D.C. Bar.
“I confirmed,” Disciplinary Counsel Phil Fox of the D.C. Bar replied. “He is admitted in D.C.; we just didn’t know his [Hunter Biden] first name was Robert when we looked him up.” --->READ MORE HERE

Hunter Biden remains 'good standing' member of DC Bar despite facing criminal charges:
Hunter Biden continues to be a "good standing" member of the Washington, D.C. Bar despite facing multiple criminal charges and violating the organization's rules of professional conduct.
First reported by the Daily Caller, Biden told the judge during his first appearance in a Wilmington, Delaware federal court, in which his expected plea deal ultimately collapsed, that he was a member of the D.C. and Connecticut Bars.
According to the D.C. Bar website, Biden remains a member in "good standing," despite the rules of professional conduct stating that it is misconduct for a lawyer to "commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects."
The rules also explain that "many kinds of illegal conduct reflect adversely on fitness to practice law, such as offenses involving fraud and the offense of willful failure to file an income tax return." Biden faces two counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax, to which he pleaded "not guilty."
Another rule dictates attorneys risk the "possibility of probationary conditions" in cases of "addiction to drugs or intoxicants." According to the text of Hunter's failed plea deal, he "has a well-documented and long-standing struggle with substance abuse." --->READ MORE HERE
